I also listen to your regular videos one after another while I'm working out at the gym just because I LOVE your vibe and energy, so really any of your videos are amazing and I'm so grateful (because the pressure to post content is probably really intense) so thank you for everything!! Since discovering you I have gotten super inspired to be into fitness and it has changed my life for the better!!!! Your movements in this video, dropping into those leg articulations, is soooo very much like Telemark skiing. Nordic , freeheel, high speed, downhill skiing. I did the routine you're showing, not nearly as expertise like, as you, back in the 80's. It changed my skiing strength, coordination and balance, immensely. Thank you again!
Nice! As a beginner in fitness it's nice to have these kind of videos! Especially when inflation makes gym memberships and fitness subscriptions that much more financially hard. Nice having someone that knows what they're doing walk you through everything. It's something I'd like to see more of. Keep up the great work!! 😊

Glad to see you doing more at home workouts! This was a fun addition to my usual hasfit diet. I skipped the jumping lunges cause I felt like my clumsy ass was liable to wipe out and do a header into my weights or something, added some crunches instead
I’m severely disabled and I take things from different workout videos and modify them for use in therapy (aquatic and land). Thanks for some great ideas! Love your videos!

Last year I started to go to the gym bc u motivated me to work hard and at that time I used to watch some of your ab workout, stretching and mobility videos which helped me a lot. Btw in about a month or so I will be going to test my deadlift 1rm so let's see if i could pull 5 plates. I know I can't but still I will give it a try patty. im out of shape, i used to skate a lot and stopped during covid. that first exercise activates my legs exactly like how it used to when i was really pushing myself skating. ive done squats before but never tried the slow descent / rapid ascent method and it really feels way better, i dont feel like i need to do as many to get a good workout and as a result is easier on the knees. thanks!

I like these kinds of videos, even though I rarely work out at home, you'll never know when you won't be able to go to the gym. So these videos give you a pretty good idea of what you can do with no equipment.
Thanks for this. I remember back in college that I always wanted to ask how they got their lower body good, but was too embarrassed since that meant I'd been looking. Now, 20 years later, I can finally have a good leg day without expensive equipment or a gym.

When I was in college, I spent thousands of hours reading books📕 Doing great damage to my neck, lower back, and posture. Little did I know, I should’ve been standing on them and doing squats.
Even though I do progressive overload, bodybuilding, a few strength blocks here and there, I find this incredibly engaging and fun. Basically like a Patty led version of Bodyshaping or Co Ed Training episode. I like it. A great follow along for any experience level.
I've been using your biceps, shoulders and back exercise video for a week now and they've helping me to feel real progress. Will do this one at home for rainy or very cold days

That was actually a really good workout, and the hamstring walkout was new to me, was an interesting way to feel it in the hamstrings, calisthenics are my go to so it felt really good.

If you guys want to really punish yourself. When doing squats, only come up 2/3 of the way and go back down. Really feel the burn and of course make sure you have good form.
