But I fell my muscle more strong! 6:today was chill, and it helps me burn more fat and my muscle are starting to fit and visible a little! 7:I made it yay!! i feel stronger!! Now it's time for WEEK2!! Day 8:I can feel my muscle harden more but still the upper abs,and it still not show up 9:still a bit tired, but I can do it more faster! 10:Today I was so tired because I'm sick, but I still finish the exercise tho 11:My sickness is better, and I can do the exercise like normal! I just want to say as a 14 year old girl you have inspired me to actually start working out and building muscle without just wanting to get skinny or look better to appeal to the body standards I have grown up with. Instead, I find myself just enjoying getting stronger and being able to do things that I have been told are reserved for boys only or I'm incapable of. Seeing people like you and, more specifically women, have helped me achieve my goals not just in strength but in so many other fields. (Ive got pretty bad asthma so it literally helped me physically do stuff) I find that the more I work out and shape myself into a person that is happy with her body, the more I'm able to do every thing else I love with much more ease. I find myself getting up faster in the morning and enjoying simple niches like bird watching or gardening. I'm able complete homework with less grudge and honestly just be a better person to everyone around me. In the beginning of all this, I never expected to uphold working out and expected to see no outcome and just give up. Don't get be wrong, I've still got a loooooong ways to go but I've started to be more at peace with the idea of perfection and how it is unattainable (except for you patty). I used to look in a mirror and be disgusted, pointing out all my features I found gross or unappealing and I can't say I know why we have been taught to only notice our insecurities. Don't get me wrong, the body dysmorphia still hits, but Im learning to understand it as irrational thoughts that come as a side effect to being human. Your message at the end of the video really did make my day, in-fact this video was the one that started random workout sessions in my room at ungodly hours of the night, forming into structure, and into the person I am as I type this. I do hope you see this, and if you do, I can truly not thank you enough for changing my life and probably many others. it's the least I can do to type this so once again thank you!!!

@@whoslarissaI'm not sure I see a lot of progress, well, the exercises are definitely easier to do than at the beginning but well, I don't know. I think my core is stronger too, yeah yeah. Maybe that's because of my lack of consistency or because I only do one set, but life and its events make it hard to do the exercises every single day. I'm going to continue doing them anyway because eventually, results will show themselves.

great message at the end. to not let abs determine your worth. i'm a happy person because i work out, not comparing myself to others, and love to eat. so stay healthy with the work outs. no reason to look at the things i don't have for my worth. i look at what i do have. i get to eat what i like, not over weifht, and have muscles. so i look like i lift. and that is awesome. even if i don't have abs
Honestly, for dudes, I prefer the strongman physique. Abs look good don't get me wrong but just being bulky and looking strong af I think is better. That's my preference at least and what I try to aim for.
i feel like if i can get like just basic abs like personally i dont want like a whole 6 pack cause like i feel it's too hard to maintain that (for me personally not for everyone)
used to do ab workouts at 5 am before school in eighth grade, now i go to an actual gym - working on my glutes (which become an absolute dumptruck over this past month, biggest ive ever had it) and i almost have the iconic patty ab gills 🙏🙏 i love you so much patty

I like how you show easier core exercises for regular people like me who don't want to hang upside-down and do crunches or something crazy like that. I spend too much time in the lab, really gotta strengthen my core so my lower back doesn't get affected from prolonged sitting. Edit: these are difficult

starting this because i saw it on tiktok 1 day- it was quiet easy i love it sm 2 day- I didnt do it I was at a sleepover 3 day- It was easy a bit hard tho 4 day- today ama do it in the morning and at night 5 day- easy and I felt relaxed honestly 6- great 7- It was a bit hard but realieving day 8- finished and was easy the lower of my belly got a bit flatter day 9- GREAT AS ALWAYS day 10- well im glad about the results i see two line in my abdomen already!! day 11- felt calm day 12- great day 13- my stomach is way flatter day 14- didnt do it day 15- didnt do it day 16- i didnt do it day 17- im back and focused to continue day 18- continueing day 19- at my aunt day 20- did it great
This is really wonderful when you need to push yourself out of the "laziness" or very demotivated mood. You just say to yourself "it's only 10 minutes and I can be done with it" so it's almost easy to force yourself to begin with this and you end up with burning apps and muuuch better mood 😊❤️ thank you! I am not about to play the oppression Olympics with David Goggins, nor do I brag about my accomplishments that he has not done. I have much more than ADHD, and have managed to come incredibly far academically and in life in general, I also have struggles with my adhd and other illnesses that makes working out very damn hard for various reasons. I appreciate whatever positive motivation you were trying to give, but it came off as "just don't be lazy" which, if that is the case, is a WORLD apart from what I struggle with and is NOBODY's right to tell me or anyone else. Love the reminder about being worth more than your muscles! As much as working out has helped my mental health and body image-it is a double edged sword cause some days I don’t feel big enough and or lean enough. The reminders of being patient can be helpful

I don’t really watch fitness influencers, you’re my favorite one. This format reminds me of the good old days of fitness television shows. First there was Body Electric with Margaret Richard. Then there was Sit and Be Fit with Mary Ann Wilson. Then there was Captain’s Freedom’s workout. After that, there was Cory Everson’s Gotta Sweat. Then it started getting crazy with Hanz and Franz.
I haven’t done a ab workout in mooonnnttthhhsssss. Ever since I got interested in strength training, I haven’t looked back. Because I’ve learned smarter ways to get stronger, and because I’ve finally moved on from “omg i want abs so bad.” And now wanting other muscles. But I can see that following this ab circuit actually wasn’t as bad as it used to be when I did Chloe Ting workouts, which was very hard in the beginning. When you said that it’s helpful to touch the muscle, I touched my belly and omg I could feel what I believe is muscle. Could it be that there was muscle there this whole time? Wow. Anyways. Also was a big fan of mobility video and keep rewatching it every other time I work out, was wondering if you'll ever make something close to that format. I just started doing exercise and this was pretty hard, Im 15 years old and i rlly didn’t do anything, i first tried your video where you teach us how to get full mobility/warm up routine and then i rest and do 25 rep of abdominals and then 25 rep of wall push ups, then this, and rest again the 25 and 25 reps and finally i walk 15-20 minutes. I hope this helps my body a lot, tysm patty!!

I do this ab workout like twice a week, before or after my usual workouts. I HATE doing abs, but I love your energy and it makes it more fun, I already feel a difference after 3 weeks adding this workout in my routine, bringing in ankle weights next week! :D

Incline reverse crunch + cable pull downs + ab wheel. Each exercise once a week is enough. Calorie deficit + eat Whole Foods + fasted cardio. Worked for me
41 year old women here, I had to drop a little weight, get leaner and now they are popping 😁💪. I didn’t loose too much weight (I’m a small frame already), and 90% we eat clean and at home. I went down to 1200 calls full time for a while, but now I’d say i do 4 days a week I run on a caloric deficit. I recently moved to the US from Europe, I hate eating out here! Most stuff is gross/too much/full of crap! I have always cooked and baked, that and knowing what you eat has been the biggest help in getting a bit more shredded. Power on Mrs Boots, my work out lady friend!

I started doing a PPL split, and recently realized that if I'm working out to help with pole dance, I need to be doing abs as an accessory every day, but I don't have lots of time before work and need to keep it short but still effective. This is going to help a ton!

Good to see a core workout that doesn't call for gym equipment, and has a few exercises that don't involve that up-and-down motion (crunches) or have to be done with the back to be flat on the ground. Finding a core workout that checks all 3 boxes is like searching for a needle in a haystack.

I just want to say as a 14 year old girl you have inspired me to actually start working out and building muscle without just wanting to get skinny or look better to appeal to the body standards I have grown up with. Instead, I find myself just enjoying getting stronger and being able to do things that I have been told are reserved for boys only or I'm incapable of. Seeing people like you and, more specifically women, have helped me achieve my goals not just in strength but in so many other fields. (Ive got pretty bad asthma so it literally helped me physically do stuff) I find that the more I work out and shape myself into a person that is happy with her body, the more I'm able to do every thing else I love with much more ease. I find myself getting up faster in the morning and enjoying simple niches like bird watching or gardening. I'm able complete homework with less grudge and honestly just be a better person to everyone around me. In the beginning of all this, I never expected to uphold working out and expected to see no outcome and just give up. Don't get be wrong, I've still got a loooooong ways to go but I've started to be more at peace with the idea of perfection and how it is unattainable (except for you patty). I used to look in a mirror and be disgusted, pointing out all my features I found gross or unappealing and I can't say I know why we have been taught to only notice our insecurities. Don't get me wrong, the body dysmorphia still hits, but Im learning to understand it as irrational thoughts that come as a side effect to being human. Your message at the end of the video really did make my day, in-fact this video was the one that started random workout sessions in my room at ungodly hours of the night, forming into structure, and into the person I am as I type this. I do hope you see this, and if you do, I can truly not thank you enough for changing my life and probably many others. it's the least I can do to type this so once again thank you!!!

Maybe that's because of my lack of consistency or because I only do one set, but life and its events make it hard to do the exercises every single day. I'm going to continue doing them anyway because eventually, results will show themselves.

Honestly, for dudes, I prefer the strongman physique. Abs look good don't get me wrong but just being bulky and looking strong af I think is better. That's my preference at least and what I try to aim for.

I am not about to play the oppression Olympics with David Goggins, nor do I brag about my accomplishments that he has not done. I have much more than ADHD, and have managed to come incredibly far academically and in life in general, I also have struggles with my adhd and other illnesses that makes working out very damn hard for various reasons.

I haven’t done a ab workout in mooonnnttthhhsssss. Ever since I got interested in strength training, I haven’t looked back. Because I’ve learned smarter ways to get stronger, and because I’ve finally moved on from “omg i want abs so bad.” And now wanting other muscles. But I can see that following this ab circuit actually wasn’t as bad as it used to be when I did Chloe Ting workouts, which was very hard in the beginning. When you said that it’s helpful to touch the muscle, I touched my belly and omg I could feel what I believe is muscle. Could it be that there was muscle there this whole time? Wow. Anyways. I just started doing exercise and this was pretty hard, Im 15 years old and i rlly didn’t do anything, i first tried your video where you teach us how to get full mobility/warm up routine and then i rest and do 25 rep of abdominals and then 25 rep of wall push ups, then this, and rest again the 25 and 25 reps and finally i walk 15-20 minutes. I hope this helps my body a lot, tysm patty!!

I do this ab workout like twice a week, before or after my usual workouts. I HATE doing abs, but I love your energy and it makes it more fun, I already feel a difference after 3 weeks adding this workout in my routine, bringing in ankle weights next week! :D

•Week 1: ✅ (didn't feel any pain also doing extra arm muscle workouts and other vids)
•week 2 : ❌ (skips cause of periods-)
week 3: ❌ (A very intense cough)
•Week 4: Yep ✅ felt pain in the stomach , couldn't even move it properly
•week 5 : ✅ (still pain, but less burn)
•Weekends of week 5 : ❌ changed houses , sold it
•Day 36: ✅

Incline reverse crunch + cable pull downs + ab wheel. Each exercise once a week is enough. Calorie deficit + eat Whole Foods + fasted cardio. Worked for me
Love the abs workout!! I am 47, and 10 min does not seem to be enough for my middle age Abs.. Or maybe I need to create calorie deficit?!!!! 😋❤
41 year old women here, I had to drop a little weight, get leaner and now they are popping 😁💪. I didn’t loose too much weight (I’m a small frame already), and 90% we eat clean and at home. I went down to 1200 calls full time for a while, but now I’d say i do 4 days a week I run on a caloric deficit. I recently moved to the US from Europe, I hate eating out here! Most stuff is gross/too much/full of crap! I have always cooked and baked, that and knowing what you eat has been the biggest help in getting a bit more shredded. Power on Mrs Boots, my work out lady friend!

Thank you so much for this Patty! I started doing a PPL split, and recently realized that if I'm working out to help with pole dance, I need to be doing abs as an accessory every day, but I don't have lots of time before work and need to keep it short but still effective. This is going to help a ton!

In short, I started this circuit today, I feel determined to continue and improve a little more every day. Week 1 :
Sunday: I started on the easier things, I don't have the muscle or weights for the further. Got a bit warm, but so far so good for the first day!
Mon : Checked in on this after the daily 20 min walk. Got a bit warmer this time, see you tomorrow

Good to see a core workout that doesn't call for gym equipment, and has a few exercises that don't involve that up-and-down motion (crunches) or have to be done with the back to be flat on the ground. Finding a core workout that checks all 3 boxes is like searching for a needle in a haystack.
