She looks like she’s been working out for years and she looks like she’s like 5’2. 50 pounds of muscle and low body fat looks way different on a 5ft person then a 6ft person. If she were on gear she’s be bigger for one and show some signs of being on gear like the fat face or deep voice.

Her voice has grown deeper, breast atrophy, acne, bachne in some shots, her lats are larger than any female bodybuilder in a tested league (NANBF Women's Bodybuilding), so are her arms, her jaw has gotten larger, her Adam's apple is larger, her hands have grown too. These are things only testosterone and HGH can do. I bet she is on Deca and low dose of test, and some HGH because of the large hands and the HGH gut she is starting to get. I do not think she is on a ton of gear, but she is def on the juice. Finally, women cannot grow that much muscle without a man's testosterone levels. Edit: fat face is more when they take d-bol or lots of test and don't take something to reduce estrogen. Everyone takes shit to reduce estrogen these days. I bet she is on Letro or something for that, but her face is holding more water regardless. I workout with a few women who juice heavy and she is larger than 2 of those women. Absolutely 100% on the sauce. That being said she works her ass off still to het those results.

For the oats, I add about 1/4 of milk, mix it, then add my protein powder(also Gorilla Mind). It helps the powder disolve better in the oats for a better mouth feel. The milk also adds creaminess.

Your content is so easy and entertaining. My mom usually makes a lot of lunches with tuna and salad, I think it's quite light and nutritious! I love the idea of overnight oats though.

Tips and tricks if you're interested. Try opening cans with a can opener on top of the can to take off the whole lid following the outer border that way you can still strain but won't lose the top and have a high likelihood of cutting your finger. Anyways great meals will definitely try these before I go on shift.
Bro overnight oats with protein powder, nuts, and fruit is the best. I add a splash of coffee creamer for good flavor, but maybe don't do that if you're watching sugar levels lol.

if you like onions, I recommend throwing in some minced dried onions to the tuna salad. They reconstitute with the excess liquid and are such a yummy addition.

I love putting frozen spinach in my smoothies! It comes in easily-measured ice cube form, and it packs in absolutely tons of nutrients. It's way cheaper than fresh baby spinach, too.
