    Great job! Love the video and your tips! My mother was a USAF flight nurse during Vietnam. When she was gaining weight eating the starchy food at the mess, she started running in place for 30 minutes in her 8'x10' hooch (back then, women did not go to gyms or exercise outside!). When my husband was isolated to his stateroom on the USNS Mercy during the COVID outbreak on the ship, he did the same thing adding push ups and sit ups to his routine. Just as you said, there is no excuse to not exercise when the gyms close ;-)

      Omg about your mom! I had no idea. How amazing is that. Same for hubby. Glad he found a way to stay in shape. I had a goal coming out here and really tried my best to meet it. Now I just have to maintain when I get home.

    OMG the color coded foods at the cafeteria! Also i need to check out Comptrain programming...I've never heard of that. Thanks for all of these suggestions!

      Awww thank you. It’s a constant daily struggle to keep the weight off though since being back. I don’t have easy access to a pool 🏊🏽‍♀️ but definitely want to try swimming once the gyms open back up.

    I really needed this. Idk if I missed it but what was your typical meals for lunch and dinner, how much protein and veggies did you eat? I’m kinda struggling to hit my daily calories bc I eat super healthy. I’m so glad I saw that, I’m headed to the desert soon myself and sooo excited!

      So I would have a normal serving size of protein and as much vegetables as I could tolerate (not a big veggies fan haha) Make sure you are eating enough to give you energy to complete workouts and task through out the day. You got this and good luck on your deployment!

    All I did was body weight exercises on deployment and lost 30 lbs. but clearly I’m doing something wrong because you only 11 videos and over 1k subscribers but I have 70 videos with 200 subs lol I suck at this
