    Takeda Short ram intake, J37 Throttle body w/ adapter plate, J35 PNP intake manifold, CNC ported intake manifold runners, billet aluminum lightweight crankpulley, highflow precats, catless longtube jpipe, double resonated midpipe, borla exhaust, lightweight wheels, braille 17lb lightweight battery, gutted trunk, gutted rear of cabin, passenger seat delete, ktuner v2 running on 91 basemap with a little bit of fuel added. Car put down 302whp and 260wtq on a mustang dyno.

    I have a 2010 8th Gen, 61k miles, HFP kit, totally stock, it’s rock solid, mint and low maintenance… the best part, no car payment. What are people having to pay to drive a coupe, that looks nice and is fun to drive? As much as I would love to cruise down the road in something loud with 700hp that goes back to my old mopar days, the accord v6 coupes are grossly underrated IMO. Good luck with your coupe and as long as your happy, the hell,with any negative feedback. Majority of folks are driving SUV boats that look like ballon animals IMO anyway. All the best!

    Love to see Halferland getting love! Those guys are the real deal for all things J-Series. Currently have an 08 Coupe V6 build going after my 08 Sedan V6 was totaled.

    Great looking car! I have a 2016 6MT, been looking to make around 300 wheel as well. Great build, and just because it's an auto doesn't mean it's not legit! Nice ride!

      @@Highlander1432 The 2016 Accord never came with a 9 speed, at least for the V6 engine. The V6 has a 6 speed manual and a 6 speed automatic as the two options if I recall correctly. The automatics are slower from their higher weight, marginally less efficient power transfer and longer gear ratios.

    i made 310whp in my 11 6-6 before i sold it, they are quick cars. building a k24z7 right now, having a k20z3 head modified to switch over.

    i have a 2015 6mt amd love that thing. i have looked at maybe a cat delete, j-pipe, and cold air intake with a K-tune. i wonder if that would get me closer to 300? i see were someone said they make a supercharger adapter that goes on the top of the intake were those bolts are and you use a gm SC out of like a pontiac G6 or something like that. I dont know what they are getting...but aparantly there is a ton of stuff for my J35Y2 (thankfully mine doesnt have VCM). you got a nice setup. have you done any quarter mile or 0-60 test?

    I literally have everything you named except my throttlebody comes off a 2015 TLX V6 with the P2R adapter, which is the same size as a 3.7 TB, my Intake manifold is custom ported and polished, I have the full length Injen CAI that goes under the battery behind the fog light, slotted fog light bezel so air can flow through it and I have PCDs instead of HFPC’s, only thing I’m missing is the ported intake runners and the crank pulley which I don’t think I’m doing the crank pulley. Custom 2.5” exhaust all the way back from RV6 J pipe. I’m in a 9G V6 sedan

      my mani is from halferland, its his stage 3 option, definitely get the p2r runners, runners are the most restrictive part of the stock intake system you will gain some top end forsure!

      @@scottlepot trust me I’m juggling between this and my LS3 swapped caprice PPV. I’d love to make my accord faster but for the money my caprice is making double the WHP with a lot less mods

    Love this build, Suprised to see its an 6AT not many people are modding them like you are unless its a 6MT i got a 2016 Accord Touring v6 Sedan, Just ordered the Borla Mufflers and Rv6 J pipe thinking about getting the HFPC next

      Also I'd do HFPC, intake, ktuner and then stop. That's 90% of ur gains and will make the car about as fun as it can get

      HFPC and intake will negatively effect your low rpm/acceleration. The engine needs some restriction from the exhaust for ideal throttle response. Same reason why increasing your 2.5in diameter exhaust to 3in or more will effect your low rpm response and acceleration. It sounds like it would be better but its not. An intake is only good for sound on these cars. And minimal gains on the top end (ie: after youre already at speed) while also hurting your low end. But do what you want. @@dantemartinez8211

    I’m at 272 to the wheels without, the crank pulley, manifold and throttle body, and lower intake manifold. I think once I get all that tuned to 93 octane I’ll be a bit over 300 to the wheel especially since I plan of getting 18x9 by 35mm wheels and bc coils with a progress sway bar beforehand to make sure I can put down the power. What do y’all think?

      Wheels and tires matter a lot for hooking. I'm on 18x8 rims with a 235 all season tire and I don't hook til 3rd gear.

    I installed the mods based on your recommendation with almost everything from RV6 and I appreciate your insight. Just minus HFPC and K-Tuner
    What are your opinions on the rv6 straight cut 3rd/4th gear set?

      Get HFPC and a HTS tune before anything else, also those straight cut gears are good for 6mt cars but u don't need them unless you're turbo or supercharged

    I wanted to get the lightweight pulley but I was told to watch out with the unorthodox pulley, have you heard that rumor before? I have all your mods except the mid pipe n pulley

      I went with HFPCs because rv6 doesn't sell PCDs anymore and I didn't want to deal with finding them used

    So using the j37 throttle body with the p2r p384 adaptor is better than the j37tb+ j37a4 intake manifold? i have a 13 accord v6 auto and I"m running the j37a4 IM and TB, people are saying that our j35y1/y2 flow better than the j37a4 magnesium manifold ?

      I'm not running a y1 Mani I'm running an older J35 magnesium manifold with port and polish work from HLP

    how much weight you lose by taking all the interior out? Always wondered that since 3400 is a bit heavy

      I haven't weighed anything but its quite a bit quicker feeling after gutting

      It should be around 3000lbs flat with everything gutted and when him in it
      If he can get the carbon trunk n hood and seats on it’ll Proly sit around 2800lbs somewhere near there

      Not this setup, if you want to pass emissions you need the ktuner carb tuner and a catted j pipe. Not to mention any other mods will need to be carb standard

      @@SnackyPaperdepends on the state. My state just does an obd scan. If you don’t have any codes you pass. If you were to install the cat and head right to the testing station before a code can show you can pass. People do that all the time.

    Have you thought about upgrading that hot air intake ? You probably should have left your original box with drop in filter .

      I did a cold air on my 2010 awd crosstour. Getting IAT at just 3 degrees over ambient. Plus it sounds sooo good. 💪🏻
