This sorted me right out! I'm currently doing 3 weeks of hotel quarantine and these workouts are keeping me engaged and active, wouldn't be getting through without them!

My 8 and 13 year old almost collapsed with that workout, BUT, they completed it!! Very proud of them. Good workout Joe, Thanks!! Oh and i did it also just so you know. haha.

Easter monday blast before my 24hrs Work shift, only had 20min to workout. This workout was PERFECT, give it a go guys you’ll feel great mentally and physically. Cheers Joe really enjoyed that.❤️🇫🇮
This isn't as bad as I thought. Yes, the first 8 are brutal on the legs, then there's a mix of light load cardio and abs with a bodyweight exercise here and there. Finished all 20 without resting, although during the 1st 8 I cut a couple of seconds here and there. 🥵🥵🥵💪🏽

Been finding motivation really hard. Stuck in another isolation for 10 days so trying to keep up spirits with workouts and you're helping so much! Big love 💖

Changed me phone recently and have lost access to 90 plan. Have found it difficult getting into a workout rhythm and have lost a lot of what I'd gained. This felt great! Time get back on the wagon!!!
