  • This is a full body workout and it's a tough one. Working for 45 seconds and resting for only 15 seconds.

    I love ones like this - 20 different exercises are so much more achievable/interesting than 4 round of burpees! Please keep these coming :)

    This sorted me right out! I'm currently doing 3 weeks of hotel quarantine and these workouts are keeping me engaged and active, wouldn't be getting through without them!

      This does start leg heavy, but switches to a more balanced workout. Managed the whole way through with no pausing. 🥵🥵🥵

      This isn't as bad as I thought. Yes, the first 8 are brutal on the legs, then there's a mix of light load cardio and abs with a bodyweight exercise here and there. Finished all 20 without resting, although during the 1st 8 I cut a couple of seconds here and there. 🥵🥵🥵💪🏽

    Easter monday blast before my 24hrs Work shift, only had 20min to workout. This workout was PERFECT, give it a go guys you’ll feel great mentally and physically. Cheers Joe really enjoyed that.❤️🇫🇮

    Been with you all the way (Not quite religiously like some of your gang 🙌🏻 ) for the last 12mth. PE Jo followed by a Dua Lipa ‘Let’s get physical’ session dancing with my daughter on my shoulders (3yrs old her idea she loves it) has kept us sane!     Changed me phone recently and have lost access to 90 plan. Have found it difficult getting into a workout rhythm and have lost a lot of what I'd gained. This felt great! Time get back on the wagon!!!
