    On the 5th of January it will be a year of me doing your work outs every single day.
    I've lost 5 and a half stone and gone from a size 22/24 to a 12/14 but most importantly my mental transformation has changed so much. I'm so much more confident now and I look at things in a much more positive way. I may look great on the outside but on the inside I feel even greater. I can't thank you enough Joe for everything you have done for me,its because of you I'm the person I am both physically and mentally and you have helped to change me in so many ways.
    Thank you for helping me transform my life.

      I hope you do great! Also, if you haven't exercised in a while, don't just start on a big step, take it slow and then build your routine up

    I just did this for the first time, and got through using the easier version. At 81 I'm rather pleased. I normally do one of the 20 minute versions from September 2020. The only thing I can't do is press-ups, as I have a shoulder problem. Thank you, Joe.

      Well done! That's great - I'm 56 and disabled but adapt accordingly. Shows it can be done by many.

    I'm isolated in a quarantine hotel in New Zealand after visiting my family in America. Being isolated for 10 days is something else. I've been doing your workouts every day. Thanks for helping me keep my body and mind fit and healthy. Trish

    For some crazy reason I decided to do 40/20. Just when I thought I might pass out it was the plank and slow walk outs. I’m proud I managed 40 secs of squat jumps at the end without stopping, I couldn’t breathe after though! Thanks so much Joe x

    I’m glad I came back to this one again. I saw my last comment and set my own timer to do 40/20. I got a sweat on and seemed to have coped better than my last couple of times. Thanks so much Joe x

Really didn't want to get out of bed today, but after doing so many of your workouts over the years I could hear you saying 'the days you don't want to workout are the days you need to' and pulled myself out of bed and smashed it!!     Your workout tutorials are so great. Accessible, friendly and most importantly not hung up on a look or aesthetic with a priority emphasis on movement for mood. So far I have only access TH-cam but im going to pay the $ and get the app because i really support your whole ethos. Fantastic work

    Twice in one week for me on this one. I used my dumbbells on 3 I think. It’s a great workout but the last 10 secs feel like a minute! Thanks so much Joe x

    Brilliant workout. I had a feeling those squat jumps were coming at the end, ooof! I managed to use my new dumbbells for 3 of them. I missed having the timer though. Thanks so much Joe & Happy New year to you and your lovely family x
