Hi Erica. This was my first time working out with you. I'm glad this workout appeared in my TH-cam feed. It worked great for me. Great variety of movements, pacing, combinations, AND especially getting a warm-up and cool-down included (YAY! Thank you for that). Thanks for your clear instructions/demonstrations to help me use proper form & get the most out of each rep. I stick to standing workouts due to disc compression issues. Thanks for this one. I'll be looking for more.

Being a beginner and interested in aerobic exercise for its alleged cognitive benefits I ask if you have a playlist of such type of workouts? I am not familiar with the gym world at all. Can anyone reading this suggest a playlist I could follow?
Could you or someone tell me if I am a beginner what workout routines I could start looking at? Do you follow a keto diet?
My niece suffers from depression and has been feeling weak, has no one to talk to and has a sedentary lifestyle , even her insomnia is getting worse but I have heard that the aerobic exercise has brain benefits but there are too many workout videos. Which one could I tell her to start with?
Aerobic exercises are the best, I've seen many benefits of them, including having better sleep quality ❤ Does she like dancing? I think dancing might be a nice and fun start, I can recommend Dance cardio workouts. There are moderate no dancy cardio options as well, if the dance moves are hard to memorize at first 😅 I don't know her preferences but you guys might check out Pamela Reif's beginner and medium level cardio and dance workouts, they're fun and have good music 😊
@@zeynepf.7650 She doesn't know how to dance however she is willing to learn as long as she gets better. She isn't interested in losing or putting on weight, though. The only thing she wants is to improve her cognitive function, her mood and of course her sleep.
