    As a beginner doing Pilates (I've been just three weeks in) this type of routine is extremely humbling, I'm used to do mostly Strength training and HIIT however Pilates is the one which I have to be extremely focus to not give up to the intense burn. Thank God Daniel is always giving instructions, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't finish half of the exercises. Daniel, you're the best!

    I don't know what it is about your workouts but they actually make me want to continue. even if I feel like stopping mid way, I'm still motivated. I like how the voice over is done in a calm way, it helps me stay focused and makes me feel like I can actually do this :) thanks guys!

      you should probably Start on an easier video. their videos are based on a level of 1-5. this video is a level 3, so I would recommend you start on something a little easier and then come back to this one once you master the easier ones.

    It was a super nice workout. It was challenging and doable in the same time! I wish it would workout the abs and especially obliques a little more. Do you have another simiar pilates video with more work on the core?

    That looks awesome.. but a bit difficult..never done Pilates before..but recently joined a gym...for weight loss n fitness...so proud of myself! They've Pilates classes..do u recommend them for me? I'm a 32-yr old female

    I can't necessarily recommend it specifically to you (don't have health history, etc) but can highly recommend Pilates in general - it's great for core strength & toning.

    I really need to tighten my thighs and though I work out a couple of times every week, I found this to be a little easy but still interesting. Yet I didn't expect to wake up the next day as sore as I was. I was so sore, I contemplated taking motrin! This workout is apparently extremely effective if not deceiving. I will continue using fitnessblender workouts to tone up.

    the hardest move for me at 7:10 (supine leg extensions), ALWAYS this move is too hard in any workout video, i don't know why! the other moves is completely fine. is this sign for hips weak or legs weak?

    I do a balance of cardio and toning and I'm focusing on the legs and abs. I've been working out for a month but my legs aren't getting smaller quite the opposite - they're bigger! And I can't fit into my jeans and had to go up a size in jeans. Do you know of something that could help? Thanks guys!

    Wow I can't express how much more efficient my workouts are when you talk the whole way through. Your guidance of posture and breathing make working out a breeze and in moments when I'm ready to give up, you always remind us to not give up.     Amazing workout...used as a 'rest day' after HIIT. Your commentary was excellent, it was like you were actually in the room with me as everything you said I would be feeling was being felt!

    Try mixing in some of our pilates routines, like this one, instead of the lower body ones you have been doing....Also, where's your upper body training!? Don't neglect the upper body.

    I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 years now. It helped me get strong again after a back injury and is a great workout for days when I just wanna stay on the mat and still feel like live gotten stronger. It really is one of the best most balanced routines ever. I even do it with my mom who is nearly 70. Thanks guys!

    I used to do Blogilates and while those videos were a lot flashier, I think this one was definitely more concise and effective. She almost never includes stretching and when she does it isn't very effective for me. But after this video I feel stretched and relaxed.

      I think because with pilates the more slowly you do the exercises, the better. Blogilates is like pilates on steroids, might be good for cardio but not for overall muscle toning.

      I appreciate Cassey and Blogilates, but I stopped doing her workouts after I unintentionally had lost a lot of weight. Her workouts didn’t do much for my muscles either. If you’re looking to build more muscle, I definitely recommend Fitnessblender. They helped me gain weight and more muscle on my bod :) i feel strong, healthy and confident now!

    I love you guys.. really..these really are the best, hardcore, well put together, DVD quality workout on youtube. I will honestly be heartbroken God forbid that day comes these are not available anymore!! :( i did the 1000 cal workout yesterday and the lower butt and thighs today. Yay!     Just wanted to say that I have hip pain from running, and these exercises are very similar to what my PT suggests for me. They help! :)

    Why do you have to inhale when u r crunching for example? My body wants to do it the other way around always.
    Does it really make a difference?

    Yep, you can do any of them so long as it doesn't increase the discomfort or cramps. Sometimes exercise can even help.

    This is a sleeper. I took last week off from strength training and completed this Thursday with resistance bands when able. My quads and core are still sore. Give it a go!

    I couldn’t believe it when you said „this is the last exercise and then it’s stretching time”, I didn’t expect to finish this routine but it wasn’t so bad! Maybe because I stayed with the easier version of the bridges, I know for a fact that one-legged bridge would’ve been the death of me, but I’ll def try it when my ankle injury if fully cured. Thank you for this routine!

    Having a good stretch & working those legs in this way is perfect for me as my knees can be really painful doing hiit & squats. I also like the constant reminders to bring the belly button in. Thanks.
