If you watch this sport a lot, you end up rooting for certain individuals (we all have our favourites). But I will add that I respect them all for their stamina and dedication -- which is far in excess of my own. I couldn't do this course. It's tough!

That was 25 minutes of power and sweat! It's 32 degrees here in Australia and having the aircon on made no difference to how much sweating I had! Super fun! Thanks for continuing to educate us as well! Thanks Chris ❤️

I love your videos . I am almost 75. Last summer I fell down a flight of stairs and broke 10 bones including my hip. I am on the road to recovery. I can actually walk without a walker or cane thanks to weeks of PT. But I want to get stronger. I found your videos and they are so doable. Just perfect for me. You and your mother are a delight. Mochi wandering in and out, I can relate to that. Cats are the best. I wanted to say thanks so much. I feel stronger everyday and look forward to exercising with you. Keep up the good work.

the comment section definitely did not pass the vibe check. you all probably don’t even know what it’s like to burn an ounce of energy. crossfit is a sport it’s just like anything else so saying “why are people doing this to themselves” and what not is the same as saying why do people play football or basketball or any sport in competition. these athletes are doing it for themselves bc it makes them feel good it makes them happy it’s rewarding. not to mention this workout they’re doing is a highly respected and world known workout that is dedicated to the one of the bravest men that ever fought for america. you should all think before you type.

What I loved more was having just completed Rachel’s 28 day wall Pilates challenge, I was familiar with terminology so could really focus more on the correct moves and posture - and I do already feel stronger, my hip flexors don’t crack (so much 😊) when extending legs straight, and I could achieve every move 😀🥰 thanks Rachel ❤❤❤
