    Day 3: DONE!🌻🌻🌻
    Going to bed exhausted and waking up exhausted! The workouts always "look simple" until you're on round 3 and you're dripping and you're shaking like a leaf! It's only day 3 and I already had to dig deep to push to round 4! Lol, Dear God of belly fat loss, let me pull through the 14 days victorious!

      Wow mate. My stamina is still too low to do 3 sets at a time. So I do 2 sets in morning. And 2 in evening. Proud of you. Hope I will reach there

    Finished day 3...my upper body strength definitely needs some work. The military planks, half pushups, and bicep dips KILLED ME!

    Now my shoulders and legs are sore after day 1 and 2. I recommend try her warm up for 5 minutes then do the workout . Day 3 is more about strength training. I didn’t sweat a lot but I feel it targets the core area more !

    This quarantine has been a blessing in disguise for me. It forced me to cook everything I eat and more healthier that way. No junk food, drink plenty of water and been taking supplements from Vanguard Formulas combined with home work out. So far I am down 20 pounds!

    What i love about this series is that it invites me to engage in mind-muscle connection. I really feel like I am tapping into the foundations of each muscle group with each exercise, and learning what each move should feel like. This workout looked "easy" but i REALLY felt it throughout my upper body, and that's amazing. MR AND MRS MUSCLE ARE GENIUSES when it comes to planning workouts! Im really enjoying this challenge (2 years after you released it!) THANK YOU.

    I love how these workouts feel so easy on round 1 and then have me questioning whether I'm strong enough to finish by round 3. Tricky but effective!

    love this program. it looks easy but then the next day your body lets you know. My legs are still sore from day 2. I've planned on doing this program every other day and not everyday, cuz my body needs rest days. hope I stick to it!! *fingers crossed*

    Today was a totally different kind of hard. The muscles in my arms were hurting so bad. Today I learned that it’s all mental. I literally had to just go into my heart and not feel my body and just tell myself that I will keep going. I have such a long way to go, but the greatest journeys start with the first step.

    Day 3 ✔ Found this one tough. Arms are sore from previous two days. After round two I could not do the low walkouts and had to do the triceps dips from the edge of my settee. Still got a sweat on. Arms are like mush now but funny enough don't feel as sore. Really enjoying it so far. Thank you Mr and Mrs Muscle😁🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♂️

    I might comment on the second one later, I did that one yesterday but forgot to comment. I love that these exercises will have you thinking I can't, but then you can. My triceps are sore from yesterday so the dips were my dip, but I get the rest!

    I love how all these exercises are easy but work!!!! I always leave sweating when doing my exercises with you.
    But yho!!!!! There was tooo many excercises requiring wrist balance on this vid and by the time we got to the last round my wrist was tapping out😭. Thank you for everything❤🙏

    Ok....that was a little harder than I thought. I really like the workouts because they are at a moderate level for me. The routines look easy but they kick butt in the end lol

    Like after round 2 I feel finished😭, and I'm like no I can't no more, but I found myself at the end of round 4 and I'm like how😭. I'm still working up a sweat, and after the festive season it feels great to be doing something that's keeping me active💜
