@@Kereschan333 have you got the latest update installed? Usually, that fixes focus issues. As for water resistance I had no trouble, although I am not going bathing with it :-)
It's like nearly 20000 rupees (over $220) cheaper than the S7 though and half the price of the S7+, in India. I wouldn't even expect it to be as good as the S7. Imo it's a very unfair comparison.
As of today (29/08), the Lenovo P11 Pro (wifi+LTE, keyboard and pen) is half the price of the Samsung S7+ (wifi+5G) in the UK. The Lenovo can be forgiven for quirks/issues at that price.
considering the fact that P11 Pro 2021 is half price of S7, and the OLED quality, build quality and the performance is on par with S7, clearly makes P11 a winner. you declared a double priced item which is barely "better" a winner, and that is misleading. my daughter has Samsung, and I have P11 Pro 2021 with OLED 90 Hz refresh, and I must say I prefer P11 PRo 2021. and your "clumsiness" while handling P11 Pro to discredit it is not a good approach either. my advice for the people is: get P11 PRo 2021 with OLED 90 Hz while the stock lasts. it is well worth it.
It doesnt matter how cheap you get an item for, if it doesnt work properly than it needs to be shown, which is exactly what I am doing in this video, some people don't like it but it is what it is. Glad you are happy with yours though.

Actually was deciding between P11 Pro/XiaoXin 380€ new without keyboard vs Tab S6 420€ used with keyboard. Took the S6 and so glad I did. Display and CPU was mainly the reason. Glad you made the video.
never buy old technology! I made the mistake in buying the Tab S3! 870 is the CPU to go ! S8 plus will come with 8gen 1 CPU! S7+ max. brightness is not good enough for me! p12 pro has 600nits. that's why I bought the P12 pro! but Zui13 is not very good! Dex is way better!

I Used S7 nearly 1 year and I sold it. The performance was good and the stability was excellent, but I hated One UI as much as MIUI. The Display was below avarage: Every youtuber promoting it as the best IPS panel, but when I used it disgusted me for that price what I paid for it. The black color on the screen was grey and in vivid mode the contrast was not enough. The 120 Hz sounds good but the latency of the panel is extremely high. So I think youtubers overhyped this product. I regret that I bought this one instead of S7+.
I'm a business user and my W10 laptop crashed in Asia. I had this P11 Pro tablet with me I got on sale. I have the keyboard. I didn't expect much, but was shocked how good it is. I think a lot of the software issues have been fixed, I had none of them. This tablet has replaced my laptop. It's stable, has not crashed and the The keyboard is excellent, it's the reason I decided to switch. It does not wobble for me. The only issue I had was right clicking, which is a double click and hold. The trackpad is excellent, you need to slow the cursor down and it works great. The only problems I had was some apps not being responsive, which cannot blame the tablet for. I think this review is shit. I added 256Gb memory chip (the max)

That dumb 730G "pro" is abviously lost to S7 by miles. Try the 870 aka the TRUE PRO! Do mind that this true PRO is still way cheaper than the S7 so some minor quirks should be forgiven. Also Lenovo just launch a huge step up with the 12.6, that probably can even destroy the S7+

Today, their price difference in Malaysia for full accessories (keyboard case, pen, device) is around rm2k (lenovo much cheaper) where the pad pro antutu benchmark score 120k more points, offer ufs 3.1 (tab s7 use ufs 3.0) and sd870 (tab s7 use sd865+). However lenovo lack "not necessary but good to have" features but it is still pretty decent device and really² worth ur money. And also good to mention, smtimes holding branded device such as Samsung and apple make it feel so much pleasing😂😂

Seeing the Tab S8 is due soon, it would make complete sense to wait fror that. It is bound to be a good improvement. Tab S4 was a lot better than Tab S3, the Tab S6 a lot better than Tab S4, and Tab S7 a lot better than Tab S6. Hence, you can expect the Tab S8 will also be much improved over the Tab S7.
We need this redone for the same model and price that now has the snapdragon 870. Right now S7 and Xiaoxin Pad Pro is almost the same price in my country. But those screen problems with lenovo Re are a big problem. I'd go with Samsung then.

Why would they? Tab s7 + is so unique that you dont find any tablet like that. So you pay higher price for it (just like ipads). Samsung was selling so much of tablet that the backlog was for weeks. At one point the keyboard was like hottest property. Everyone wanted it but they had to wait longer. Samsung is making good money, why would they lower the price? Also, why do you want more ram that what it already has? Its more than enough.

Samsung has finally optimised RAM so 6gb is now sufficient for the majority of users. I am unsure whether Samsung has upscaled LTPO to 13 inches OLED? I know they are waiting for LTPO v2 that is arriving in the Summer and this will be in the next iPhone so uses 50% less battery than the s21U.

Personal opinion, ipad feels way better to take notes on but that's not to say the tab s7 is bad, more like i just need to change the own tip. Only two tablets I'd ever use is tab s line and ipads.

This assessment was accurate. No real competition for Samsung in the android tablet genre. I think the lenovo is overpriced too, especially when Samsung offers amazing trade-in deals.
I used these two tablets my friend has p11 pro and me tab s7, man i am glad I got Tab s7 its just way way better the extra cost worth it especially when comes to spen and performance there is no match, btw lcd still sucks on tab s7,colourful mmo rpg games look crappy on tab s7 lcd sure sucks can not enjoy graphics at all which made me quit gaming. Never buy lcd if u r a colour junky

The original P11 Pro / Xiaoxin Pad Pro sucked; but the 2021 update for the Xiaoxin Pad Pro (the P11 Pro didn't get it) and the P12 Pro / Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.6" are almost at the levels of Samsung and Apple. Especially the P12 Pro / Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.6". And for a lot less.
I think the only real Android rival to the Tab S7 is the Matepad Pro. That is cheaper than the Tab S7 and you get a free keyboard and pen. It has a QHD screen and Kirin 990 and LTE (free). It has no Google Services but easy to sideload, but TBH on a tablet Google services is not as important. I would say that the best value is the Matepad.
Tab S7 has no competition (especially from Android), only the iPad Pro 2020, but even that isn't better imo. But they go head to head, but I prefer the Tab S7 for many reasons!

Far too often, in fact most of the time, users as well as reviewers admit that they rarely use the S-pen or they have never found much use for it. Yet, it is the S-pen that makes the difference. Digital inking is a major aspect of premium tablets and one of their major draw cards. The inimitable S-pen is, contrary to popular opinion, superior to the Apple Pencil, Mate pen or any other pretenders in the field. Not only is the S-pen smoother, and more subtle in the inking aspect, but it offers a dozen little utility features that once experienced, are difficult to do without. This is not to mention the Bluetooth remote controls and gestures that offer additional features to some people. S7 is RM 3000 now, while the p11 pro is RM 1600-1700 (with pen included), only the S7 FE and S6 lite is at the same price with the p11 pro

At one point the keyboard was like hottest property. Everyone wanted it but they had to wait longer. Samsung is making good money, why would they lower the price?

If u take a look at the price in India u will get how overpriced it is than the global market. Better ram i mean they start with 8 gb of ram instead of 6 gb, for intensive tasks and multitasking more ram is always better.
Samsung has finally optimised RAM so 6gb is now sufficient for the majority of users. I am unsure whether Samsung has upscaled LTPO to 13 inches OLED? I know they are waiting for LTPO v2 that is arriving in the Summer and this will be in the next iPhone so uses 50% less battery than the s21U.

It'll be out soon but it won't start arriving to customers before June or July ...it'll be on pre-order for at least 2 to 3 weeks , I bought the s6 lite and it's good enough for now, u can buy it now and resell and buy the S7 lite later on 🐣

Personal opinion, ipad feels way better to take notes on but that's not to say the tab s7 is bad, more like i just need to change the own tip. Only two tablets I'd ever use is tab s line and ipads.

I used these two tablets my friend has p11 pro and me tab s7, man i am glad I got Tab s7 its just way way better the extra cost worth it especially when comes to spen and performance there is no match, btw lcd still sucks on tab s7,colourful mmo rpg games look crappy on tab s7 lcd sure sucks can not enjoy graphics at all which made me quit gaming. Never buy lcd if u r a colour junky

Tablets are mostly used for watching TH-cam, Netflix etc. So the Tab P11 Pro isn't a bad purchase for those types.

P11 is awful but I also happen to think Lenovo just churn out and make a vast majority of cheap low end products with no after thought.
The original P11 Pro / Xiaoxin Pad Pro sucked; but the 2021 update for the Xiaoxin Pad Pro (the P11 Pro didn't get it) and the P12 Pro / Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.6" are almost at the levels of Samsung and Apple. Especially the P12 Pro / Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.6". And for a lot less.
I think the only real Android rival to the Tab S7 is the Matepad Pro. That is cheaper than the Tab S7 and you get a free keyboard and pen. It has a QHD screen and Kirin 990 and LTE (free). It has no Google Services but easy to sideload, but TBH on a tablet Google services is not as important. I would say that the best value is the Matepad.

Tab S7 has no competition (especially from Android), only the iPad Pro 2020, but even that isn't better imo. But they go head to head, but I prefer the Tab S7 for many reasons!

The overall quality of included items outweighs the actual number of items included, anyday. I do not own a MatePad Pro, so I can't attest to its pros and cons. However, I can attest to one decisive factor which raises premium Samsung tablets to stratospheric heights. It is the almighty and undervalued S-PEN. Far too often, in fact most of the time, users as well as reviewers admit that they rarely use the S-pen or they have never found much use for it. Yet, it is the S-pen that makes the difference.
Digital inking is a major aspect of premium tablets and one of their major draw cards. The inimitable S-pen is, contrary to popular opinion, superior to the Apple Pencil, Mate pen or any other pretenders in the field. Not only is the S-pen smoother, and more subtle in the inking aspect, but it offers a dozen little utility features that once experienced, are difficult to do without. This is not to mention the Bluetooth remote controls and gestures that offer additional features to some people.
Just to rub salt into the Apple, Huawei and Lenovo wounds, Samsung introduces Dex with the Tab S4, and it's game over. Apple are left floundering, wandering what hit them. Regardless of the fact that IPad Pros are now even more powerful, they continue to chase tail, and will do so until Apple decides to further develop the Apple pencil, provide some sort of desktop support, properly support dual displays, broaden their UI beyond the grid structure, and provide a proper file structure to their OS.

@@Seroxm13 they do not go head to head. The Tab S7 is an iPad Air 4 competitor. In terms of price, performance. The iPad Pro is a very different beast (and an expensive one at that).
