Thanks for a BRILLIANT instructional video. After watching it, I may even finally attempt to rebuild my clapped out 1400 engine. I really needed a good clear instruction video like this before the rebuild. For a few years now, I've dreamed of doing this myself. Being an electronics technician with only bicycle mechanics experience as a hobby, I haven't had the confidence until now to rise to the challenge. You see, a video like this one reveals sooo many procedures and "tricks" that only a very experienced master mechanic has well earned knowledge of. I'll be watching this video carefully over and over again in the near future, finally, I have the confidence to rebuild my fist engine... Baie dankie meneer.....

Question on my A14, I took it to the local machine shop to get rebuilt on the process of the build I came across some 79 mm forget pistons from B Project Japan as well bigger valves, stage 2 cam, aluminum flywheel from B Project Japan, after all this the builder is having problems with no oil pressure, any idea why? This is the 2 time they built it, the 1st time I drove it 18 miles and started knocking that's why I pulled out and took it to them..2 new oil pump any idea. Thank you blessings I enjoy watching your videos..
It could be that the pickup pipe is damaged or partly blocked at the intake by the mesh wire. does your mechanic prime the pump before starting the engine? What make oil pump do you use?

My carb leaks fuel the float bowl is running empty. I've checked the two bolts changed the washers no noticeable leaks on the outside but still losing fuel any advise
