You did a very thorough and professional job…the cleaning of used parts and replaced parts were assembled very nicely
I would only offer a comment about pulling the torque wrench past the click….this often can over stretch the fastener
It may not be critical in your area of expertise and also depending on the accuracy of your torque wrench.
I enjoyed your video and your skills are impressive

Осталось то всего ничего, замена поршней на другую группу и фрезеровка плоскостей, но почему-то не стали заморачиваться, хоть и направляющие клапанов уж куда надежней поршней и вряд-ли требовали замены как и старые клапана.

Well, that's sure NOT the way I did it, way back when. I like the easily replaceable valve stem guides/bushings/seats. Unique valve lapping style. It runs well.
