    One of the reasons I love you so much is you don't push burpees on people. I HATE burpees. And for a very long time, they were like a main dish in the training world. Another reason I love you- and your workouts- is: I AM HAVING FUN. Who knew? Thank you for all you do. My body is changing and getting stronger without me hating the process.

    I've been training with you for a month now and I have to show off the results!
    I have lost 5 kg and 8 cm in the waist and I am very proud of myself. I also started eating healthier and drinking plenty of water. I eat a lot of protein and I haven't given up on what I like to eat and it feels sooooooo good!

      @@arianastan456I exercise once a day, maximum 30 - 40 minutes. I also keep doing about 8000 steps a day and well, I can tell that my body is healthier and stronger :)

    if youre anything like me you might be looking through the comments instead of actually doing the workout. i would just like to let you know that this 30 minutes of workout is time better spent then being in bed for 30 mins mindlessly scrolling. good workout and great feeling.

      @@sakshidongre9507 My watch showed 380, but I am almost 100kg and heart rate was high. I also think my watch overestimates the calorie burn, so I'd say substract 20% off that.

      I also want to be 60kg i been doing for about 2 weeks now. I can tell that i lost weight coz everything sits so nice on my body now no belly pooch showing. I also feel so happy and calm all the time 🤣🤣😊😊

    I started doing this workout on Jan 1 of this year, I was at 231. I would eat some junk food but I did stop drinking soda which I felt helped a lot when losing weight. By January 20, I went down to 224, then by February 1, I was by 215. I did stop for a while because I returned back to school and commute was so long, but getting back to it, I am confident of getting to my weight goal

      @@astridlopez7576 I did the 4.5 miles and also the 3 miles walk the weight off.I did it Monday thru Friday. I also incorporated a weight routine and additional tummy n leg exercises.
      Don't forget a good diet.
      I had a smoothie for breakfast, avocado n egg for lunch and salad for dinner.Hope this helps🙂🙂

    Your workouts truly works . I have only been training with you for 3 weeks going into 4 and I see a tremendous change . My back fat for one is going away and my belly is coming down to. I thought that I would have to have a tummy tuck after having 4 children but I see right now staying consistent is the key . I don't miss not one day and not trying too . I have tried other workout on here and it just is not as effective as yours . All I can say is that when I started I was weak and now I am becoming stronger every day working out 7 days a week one time a day usually at night after work. Thanks to God and u I am going to have my body back after 20 years and my confidence.

    KEEPING SHOWING UP! You got this ❤ it doesn’t happen over night but consistency is KEY. Even if it’s 10 minutes it’s still something. Be kind on yourself. It’s a hard journey not only physically but mentally and emotionally but in the end it is worth it I PROMISE! You owe it to yourself to be the best you can not only will you look good but you will FEEEL AMAZING!
    After a month of working out everyday only Jos workouts and eating relatively good I can officially see results I can fit into clothes I haven’t been able to since before I was pregnant almost 2 years ago!

    From october 2021 to december 2022, I went from 85kg to 47kg by eating too little, and exercising A LOT. I lost my period, lost some of my hair, lost all my energy. I still haven't regained my period, but I gained some weight back, perhaps too much at once, so now I'm trying to find a healthier balance, and your workouts help a TON. They are fun, quick enough to be able to do them every day, and your energy is very contagious! So thank you, really. I'll keep showing up for myself ^-^

      Hi! Here’s a recommendation, maybe you shouldn’t do that all in once as you said! Start with some exercise then after you have finished drink some water and eat something like a nutritious bar, or some cereal perhaps? Then maybe if you have more energy do another video! I do 1 exercise a day and my belly has had some difference! Don’t feel guilty if you eat something heavy! It won’t effect you!

      Others called your condition "anorexia". I pray you overcome what you are hoing thru right now. Try not to go lower than 50kg so u can regain ur period back.

    I can't wait to do the workout today! I try to give my weight loss update on your new videos Jo to encourage the community as well that you are the real deal, to not give up, consistency is key, and THEY CAN DO THIS!
    UPDATE: I do a Jo workout daily while incorporating a round of Abs (now 2 rounds). My start weight May 24 was 216.8 (when I actually started taking my weightloss journey seriously). Today I am 199.4! Goal is 140 - 145!

    Every time you “talk” to us after the workout I always start to cry.. I gained so much weight with the pandemic but also having my baby during the quarantine part in the beginning.. the anxiety mixed with ppd really affected my eating habits and thus led to excessive eating and no will to work… I am in my 2nd week of workouts and I just get so emotional that I finally made it to this point and I look forward to when I can do these with such ease and delight like you do.. thank you for inspiring me and everyone else

    This workout is the truth! I’ve gone through it only twice but I definitely feel the amazing results because I end up drenched with sweat each time, and I feel my abs working.     Day 3: not bad . only one break
    Day 4: one break felt easier

    I just did this for the first time thinking before it started ”no sweat, it’ll be easy” but oh my, the shorter 10 sec rest makes a huge difference! Man, I was running with sweat and nearly did stop but I pushed on through! 💪🏻 I loved it! i swear I feel leaner after just one workout! More tabata please Jo, awesome 🥰🤩👍🏼

      @@adwika_7 I’ve just been doing growwithjo workouts once a day but specifically the 3 miles and 2 mile workout ones for the most part and then I have not changed my diet in terms of what I eat but I eat smaller portions than before

    Did this workout this morning and my abs are currently on fire 13 hours later lol. I truly enjoy that we do stand up ab workouts. For some reason I just don't like doing ab workouts on the floor. A very doable, fun and effective workout

    Hi I'm here to share my results
    I just follow this workout on and off pattern due to my studies
    But I lost 4 inches from my belly button🎉
    Trust me it's work
    I didn't follow any diet changes
    Just eat desi Pakistani food but not fast food and beverages and of course not a lot of sweets
    It's mind blowing workout❤

      @@kattykatty3712 I lose in 3 months and along with breathing exercises this workout combo with breathing deep core workout is just bomb.
      Also my lower belly pouch was not that much.
      When you work on lower belly pouch it's my sincere recommendation as a medical student that work on you gut health work on your intestinal inflammation because in most of the cases the inflammation is the reason why we don't get fab flater tummy

    Day 1: AMAZING! I finished this workout at 10:40 pm after a terrible day at work! I feel amazing, I processed all of my anger on this workout. thank you JO!

    You rock!!! I just finished the beginners workout & I almost thought I couldn't push through because I haven't been working out. I'm proud to say I completed & won't stop there. I've gained so much weight & people definitely treat me different. I have a weakness for sugar & is trying to cut it. I just want to be back to myself, I know people will still talk no matter what but at least this time they can talk about my weight loss. Thanks for making these workouts for woman.     Wow! I wasn’t sure what to think and was fearful this wouldn’t be challenging but boy was I wrong! I’m sweating like crazy. My heart rate stayed in the fat burning zone for the whole workout and loved working on my abs. Thank you for doing this series. 💙💙

    I must say I admire anyone who can do this properlly. Me as an autistic person it is so hard to understand hands and legs moving at the same time. I am glad no one saw me during this. I won over my self for not giving up when I didn't understand movements. So congratz to you all!!

    Almost 3 months after C-section( I have been working out for a month now) doing Jo's other videos. Lost about 3 kg, start weight was 83kg,now I'm 80kg.i want to lose additional 10 kg.
    I'm going to do this workout for a month straight plus one of her full body dumbell workouts with rest days in of cos between

    P. S I'm also breastfeeding so my calorie deficit is not much just 300 maybe)

      @@christi6934 I usually do my “warm up” with her dance party workouts and then I’ll follow up with one of her other workouts I choose at random and it makes it so much fun! I get bored fast when it comes to these things so I love the variety. I’m always sweating so much at the end.. try it!! Good luck!! 😁

      @@christi6934 even if u can’t get through the whole thing try to give yourself a goal everyday to at least finish half of the workout and come back another day until u can eventually get the whole thing..It’s what I did in the beginning also 😊

    For anyone looking to see if this works, it does. In just three days I lost 5lbs (I was also on a calorie deficit and going to school so I walked a bit over 7,000 steps a day) but I did lose weight really quickly and yes it does help you define and get abs.

    I love about gwj workout is i never ever developed DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness) by any of her workout❤.. I switched many times to other workouts but only ended up here after suffering from DOMS😂
    So for me it's magic🎉 i lost nearly 25kg 😊 thank you.

    I love Jo!!!! These workouts are simple and encouraging. This one I was really pushing myself, but the after feeling was so satisfying. I love Jo as a coach as she makes these so accessible, and I love her energy. These workouts have been a key component to a fitness journey of mine, and it makes it easy to keep myself accountable.     I love how you have incorporated videos from your subscribers working out... and they're obviously loving every minute of it!! I've been working out since I was 18 (I'm now 58) and never, even when I was pregnant two times, did I say "I don't have time". If you find someone or something you absolutely LOVE TO DO, it's easier to say "OK, I'm making time at such and such time."     I literally love ALL of your work out videos. You inspired me so much. With consistency of your videos and eating healthy I lost a total of 43 lbs. Coming for someone who has 3 kids I thought this was impossible. But I got up early every morning just 20-30 minutes of your videos. And my life changed forever!!
