Thanks for all the vids on the transfer case and front and rear difs. The dealer wanted to charge $800 bucks for this. I did not think it would be very difficult and this proves that. Good stuff.
Depends on the build. There are three different torque specs depending on the build. Mine is 156ft lbs. The other two specs are 15ft lbs and 18 ft lbs. Crazy

You are over tightening those bolts - that is an aluminum housing, you're going to wreck stuff! Should only be 18 ftlbs.
