This Builder is Bangalore based. They don't have any permanent office in Pune. So for everything, you will be redirected to Bangalore office. The other thing is they are Very Slow in everything they do. Specially their construction work and after sales service. Before investing in any of their two projects in Pune, make sure you are thoroughly convinced by all means. Just don't see the size, price & Amenities of the project. There are many other important things also to check before saying yes to any project.
