    Now I am thankful to my decision which I took 7 years back that I will not buy flat in this area. This is the burning example how Builders fool innocent people.

    All the details shown here are 100% correct. I live here in Keshav Nagar. We are frustrated with authorities here. No roads. No water. No Street light. Only traffic jams and water logging everywhere. #JusticeForKeshavNagar

I think you missed highlight about PMC water pipeline in second video. These societies are relying on tanker and because of that as well roads are getting damaged frequently

      @Abhijeet.... Are you serious ? PMC is only interested in collecting property tax from us and spend it mostly in elite locations and addresses. Look at Koregaon Park, Sopanbaug, etc. Why ? The rich, famous, powerful politicians live there. You and I are treated as ants scratching the soil... According to PMC, we deserve only that...

      @@abhijeet8222 Local support of common citizens is not considered. Only heavy weight politicians can effect changes and they live in elite localities. What is the fate of localities like Lohegaon, Dhanori, Wagholi, Manjri, Hadapsar ? They too suffer similar apathy from PMC. At the behest of the rich businessmen and powerful politicians you and I cannot purchase property at elite localities and are thus deprived of greenery, hygiene, wide roads, large shopping complexes, branded hospitals, branded educational institutions, etc...

      Please review some of the complaints to PMC like T30513, T22770 ,T22769 & T22771.

      I would also like you to cover through your media, how much is the tax contribution to PMC from Keshav Nagar and how much PMC has spent on Keshav Nagar in last 5 years?

    In other cities at least sufficient space is allocated for future road construction before approving high rise buildings. I really don’t understand what PMC and RERA is doing in Pune. Such a tiny bi-lanes and high rise buildings. I would say whoever is investing in such localities are also at fault. They are not even looking at current and future congestions. These areas can’t be even scaled further in infrastructure as no space left for roads and flyovers.

    4-5 years ago I was planning to invest in Keshavnagar. Thankfully I did not get fooled by builders in this area. I invested in Kharadi by little compromising in budget and carpet but looking at current situation of Keshavnagar, I am fully satisfied with my decision. Kharadi has excellent infrastructure. Keshavnagar is highly overrated just because it is in between Kharadi and Magarpatta.

    Actually Indians deserve this, just staying quiet never speaking up nor even any complaint have this resulted. Todays pune suburbans roads are worsen due to this attitude. lack of social responsibility gave led to this, also people dont even see that what kind if roads locality are around before investiong so much money into big projects, for example Undri, this area has so much good projects but shiftiest road planning i ever saw. and the condition or roads is just sand art ! not even a single person cares about it! undri is gonnabe a traffic havok in just very few years, request people to please not invest here as prices are already gone down from last year.
    points to remember before investing in UNdri
    bottle neck roads on almost every corner,
    very bad and busy full of trucks katraj solapur by pass.
    unplanned roads.
    very hard water,
    very dusty.
    and a upcoming traffic hub in very short time

    In part 2, please do cover the road opp renuka mata mandir that takes through hanuman nagar. There is no Drainage lane and no water lane to half buildings. Visit till Bon Vivanta and you will see the work was halted midway where kacha road starts

    Your assesment is right SaudaGhar.
    Keshav Nagar and Mundhwa is the lousiest place in Pune. I saw 4 properties but finally settled along Solapur highway. I pity my friends who thought otherwise and settled in Keshavnavar 6 years back and they regret it now. PMC is not bothered to improve basic amenities here, leave alone make it a pleasant one. PMC collects hundreds of crores as property taxes but spend the money elsewhere.
    Keep away from Keshavnagar. Don't fall into BLACK HOLE of Pune...

    In pune, city infra is available is only in few areas. PMC is taking up new villages every yr under its scope and turning them to smart villages with patches of road having asphalt laid and non existent piped water supply

    Huge amount of tax money is just wasted due to unqualified govt officials. If govt. can't provide basic facilities, then we should have a right to stop paying our share of taxes. Roads are worst than they used to be before 7-8 years ago. Garbage is everywhere. Is this really Pune which is one of the highest revenue generating city? If govt can't cope up with the development, then they should not allow more industries in Pune, atleast this will stop influx of more people. It is worst than Mumbai.

    We very much wanted to rent in Keshav Nagar and Konark constructions are one of the best but basic civic infrastructure is missing and it’ll only get worse.

    True conditions shown in the video.
    But the situation will improve. The infrastructure will be developed, this will happen there is no other option. Right now the prices in Keshav Nagar area is 35% lower than Kharadi, 20% lower than Wagholi, Hadapsar and 50% lower than Amanora/Magarpatta/Kalyani Nagar/Ghorpadi area. The rate is Keshav Nagar is not over the roof, the people living in Keshav Nagar area from the beginning are benefitting after it was added in PMC limits since their property rates, rent, business have all gone up.
    This phase too shall pass. Keshav nagar has a bright future.

    I have observed one thing Saudaghar usually hesitate to talk about the default builder and there project
    On the right side of Renuka mata mandir we have phadnis builder and ARP builder who are the biggest defaulter of Pune
    Saudaghar doesn't like to talk about the uncomfortable truths about these builders

    This video explains the reality of Keshav Nagar. PMC included Keshav Nagar in Municipality only to increase its revenue. Its been 5 Years Keshav Nagar is part of municipality but there is no sign of development, perhaps day on day its getting worse. PMC is treating Keshav Nagar only as cash cow by approving new projects without any infra. Ask yourself after watching this video.

    It's all backwards in Pune.🤣 They started building/permitting/development of these apartments without any infrastructure 😂when it should be the other way around.. Never seen such mismanagement by a municipal corporation anywhere else in India. Even small towns do it better !!.. Has anyone seen this fiasco anywhere else ?

    Hi sir, I am winner under FCFS scheme of Mhada for Venkatesh Graffiti Glover Phase 3, Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa where Mhada have seperate buidling, Carpet: 42 sq.meter for 20 Lacs basic cost, Is it good option to purchase and value for money?

    Road infrastructure in pune is very pathetic, potholes can be seen on every 10m.

    Pune East to Village se bhi bekar hai., When we come to Pune from our home towns We say we are going to "Gaanv" and Not Pune..

    Keshavnagar ka naam change karke Bekar-nagar kardo.. Sab bekaar hai yaha. Road - Bekar, Hygiene-Bekar - Garbage everywhere, Air Quality- Bekar dust sab jagah. traffic management - bekar, traffic jam on every cross road.

    I m born and bought up in Keshavnagar itself and let me tell you Keshavnagar also has its BEAUTY which is not even mentioned here :) trust me it's worth staying here. Concept of this video is good and appreciated but too many things are missed

      Are the issues still there or its the same?
      There is nothing beautiful about garbage on side of roads and unorganised development.

    लोगोंकी जिम्मेदारी है कि कचरा सडक किनारे ना फेके।लोग two wheelerसे जाते जाते कचरे की थैली सडक किनारे फेक देते है।गंधगी ये ही फैलाते है,फिर corporation को दोष क्यू देना।

    Builders should not be given permission to develop until there are good roads, water supply and garbage collection facilities in the area. PMC gives permission and only collects tax and nobody sees the development even after 10 years of paying property taxes. PMC must be broken into North, south, east, west different branches.

    I would like you to cover why PMC authorities are turning blind eye to Keshav Nagar?
    Please review some of the complaints to PMC like T30513, T22770 ,T22769 & T22771.

    I would also like you to cover through your media, how much is the tax contribution to PMC from Keshav Nagar and how much PMC has spent on Keshav Nagar in last 5 years?
