- What is the current status of the riverfront road that is being talked about from Kharadi to Manjari Khurd? What are the obstacles in this way? And also what progress has been made in this so far? We have shown all this in this video. If you understand this riverfront road, it has two biggest hurdles. In which one is near your Yoo Villa and the other after Yoo Villa which comes in the section of Wagholi. Until both these hurdles are cleared it will not be easy to connect the road from Kharadi to Manjari Khurd. PMC has not seen any such way till date which has been made on time. On the contrary, if you talk about PCMC, then all the road passes have been done there. There either the progress has been started or the work has been completed there. PCMC has also done road work in such places where there is no development in the surrounding. Means PCMC is very active about road development somewhere. On the other hand, if you see in PMC, everything is going very slow here.

I think builders are not fooling by giving false promises. Government should make sure that land acquisitions or other challenges are taken care before announcing such infrastructure developments.

People should follow simply one rule - "Trust only what you see today" and then builders will not dare to lie people. I still can't believe how people are paying 60-70 Lakhs in Manjari area where there is zero connectivity currently, builders are calling that jungle as Upper Kharadi and people are blindly believing it, simply unbelievable.

Absolutely the most rational and unbiased review on the riverfront road.As the anchor said the road development will take a significantly amount of time to get fully functional. With that saying, the flat rates are rubbish, want to sell the flats on the same lines as in central Kharadi.

"People get very optimistic" - So true. Mein logon ko samjhane ki koshish karta hun yeh. vtp-godrej township mein mat lo agar apko vaha jaake rehna hai to, par public samjati nahi. Golden jail ki tarah rahega yeh township atleast for next many hears.

your videos are spot on and very realistic. We have been through this phase where Goderj people tried to sell us property based on this wide 4 lane road. When we asked them when this road will connect to main road, the answers received were not confident inspiring. We booked property in keshav nagar. Even thought it has fair share of issues but atleast it is getting basic infra now so in next 2-3 years it will get well developed.

Wellington college construction is completing by sep there we visited the site today. From Wellington to Kharadi it is definitely going to connect as such a big reputated school would not be coming to that spot otherwise, how ever, in the other side of the school when this will connect with godrej vtp we need to wait and watch. I talked to many workers and nearby residents and they aaid the road will extend in coming months.
As always excellent video Saudaghar Team. As we already know and since you have also mentioned in video, could you please cover up in a video why PCMC is able to create good infrastructure and PMC not? Why PMC road projects always get stalled for years whereas PCMC is able to execute them swiftly?
Transparency and accountability my friend. Keeping funds aside which PCMC has got loads of, they do their work with much more honesty as compared to PMC. I heard from a local friend who told me that every road that PCMC makes, their officials visit the site time to time and actually test the quality of the material being used and not compromise with the same. The less said about PMC the better. They can't even make a 200 meter stretch in 4 months let alone a full length road!!
@@singhprabhat90 Yes I’m shocked with difference in the way working of two different corporations of same city. Unless state government shows some intent to solve issues in PMC, I don’t think anything will improve until then. Lately I have started seeing some issues in functioning of PCMC as well but still at better position than PMC.

visited many projects there all projects are saying no litigation is there and all land is acquired and it will open by December 2024. Kohinoor, vtp , godrej. still, it is too far from the city.

Krisala previous track record is not so good. Went there with my cousin for enquiry as he was very interested. Checked with residents from previously delivered projects. They were not happy with quality and post sales services.

I Visited to the VTP Sales office and ask for the Road Connectivity and they shared the Road Tender. but this tender document is genuine or not.
And without getting RERA all the inventory of flats sold, which is surprising. Sales executives don't have any visibility on road connectivity. They told after getting RERA we will arrange the event in that all Management team will solve your queries.

सुमित जी, जो रोड पहले था वही है बस उसी की कुछ हद तक मरम्मत की गई है, कोई नया रोड नहीं बना है, न जल्द बनने की संभावना दिख रही है।
जहां तक Money Bag की बात है, तो जरा इनसे पूछिए जो तमाम लोग इनके अच्छे वीडियो दिखाते हैं तो पक्का उनको पैसे देकर ऐसा कराते होंगे!
और यह भी पूछिए अगर सौदाघर पैसे लेकर इनके बारे में अच्छा बोलने लगता तो आज तक ये पैसे देकर ऐसा क्यों नहीं करा पाये?
मसला ये है किसी बिल्डर के पास इतना पैसा ही नहीं है की वो पैसों से सौदाघर को तौल पाये और किसी बिल्डर की कठपुतली नहीं है सौदाघर जो उनके हिसाब से ग़लत को भी सही कहे।
और हाँ अगर कोई अच्छी चीज होती है तो उसके लिए पीछे पड़ कर बेचना नहीं पडता वो ख़ुद ब ख़ुद बिकता है।
हर Buyers को कोई भी चीज ख़रीदने से पहले उसके बारे में हर पहलू को जानना-समझना चाहिए (ख़ुद जाकर भी हो रहे प्रोग्रेस को देखना चाहिए और गूगल प्रो की मदद से देखना चाहिए Progress की गति कैसी है और फिर बिल्डर जो कह रहा है वो कितना सच है ये ख़ुद समझ आता जाएगा। यदि Buyer संतुष्ट हो जाए तो ही आगे बढ़ना चाहिए।

Pune's infrastructure is the worst. Entire city is managed by builders. Looks like authorities are completely blind. Since 7 years they are just announcing about the smoothening of Nagar road but nothing happened till date. ring road is under construction since 5 years. Just go anywhere the builders will sell their properties with such fake promises.
