    VTP is known for late possession as heard from friends who are suffering after booking in VTP- West Pune and now banging there head as no response from VTP. Every single day launching new new project.

    Good video..however you will get much better flat with early possession in Ganga Sereno, Riverdale and Nyati Elisium

    Neatly described with all necessary details. The pace was good. Sound quality was good.
    The price is not justified. Gera World of Joy is slightly cheaper with more amenities and open space.

      Hi Paul, if you compare in terms Gera with Vtp, i think gera has slightly more open space if we consider only towers not the villas. Are you also looking for flat in kharadi area?

      Gera WOJ has more amenities but shall also have more maintenance cost; VTP Altair no doubt shall have more density but it is also being sold as part of the Solitaire-VTP-Godrej township, hence will have shared amenities on less maintenance cost. Major difference is of the room sizes; VTP Altair has bigger rooms than Gera, Majestique and VJ projects near by. Also, as of now it is not surrounded by any other high rise, so better location if you want a nice view from your balcony.

      @@vedrana9088 you are right about everything except maintenance, Vtp and gera will have same maintenance around 6.5 Rs. / sq. ft. I have confirmed it from both builders.

    One of my friend suggested that VTP projects are running late and they are postponing the possesion date, "Think before you invest " those were his exact words.. Why is it so that Vtp flats are comparitively less costly than other projects?

    VTP is busy only new launch and their booking. No construction at all for this project even it was launch in june 2021. No clue to buyers on the delay of construction.

      Lot of cases are pending against vtp Pegasus.

      All the big builders are fraud in some or other way.
      This builder lobby is very strong and full of scams. It's really difficult for a normal person to win against them.
      It's always better to buy a resale properties.

      VTP never handover flat. They are just selling in prelaunch and one day after making money they will run away 🏃‍♂️
