    Welcome to SaudaGhar Channel! Get ready to explore the Moshi, PCMC in and around nestled in the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) of Maharashtra, India.     In terms of infrastructure, PCMC prides itself on its extensive road network, with a total length of over 630 kilometres. The city also features 344 schools, including 136 municipal schools and 208 private schools, educating over 50,000 students.
    Moshi, located in the northeastern part of Pimpri-Chinchwad, is an integral part of PCMC. Situated along the Pune-Nashik Highway, Moshi enjoys excellent connectivity. This highway, also known as NH60, stretches over 360 kilometers, connecting Pune with Nashik and extending further to Dhule. The Pune-Nashik Highway is known for its significant industrial presence, with key MIDC areas such as Moshi and Chakan facilitating economic growth and attracting investment.
    To address traffic congestion issues and improve transportation efficiency, the government has approved the construction of a 10-lane expressway known as the Pune-Nashik Green Corridor. This ambitious project, spanning 180 kilometres, requires the acquisition of approximately 2000 hectares of land. The estimated cost for this transformative expressway is a staggering 21,158 crores. Once completed, it will enhance connectivity, reduce travel time, and stimulate economic development in the region.
    The Pune-Nashik Expressway, in conjunction with the Mumbai-Nagpur Samruddhi Mahamarg and the Pune-Mumbai Expressway, forms the Golden Triangle, revolutionising transportation across Maharashtra. These expressways strengthen the connectivity between major cities, making travel more convenient and efficient for both commuters and businesses.

    Once upon a time people used to invest in Moshi for holiday homes, farm houses..! This was somewhere in 1998-99. What a lovely development in these past years..! And yes a lovely overview and an insight of Moshi. 👍🏻 and glad to hear about Vedshree Tapovan. We need such Vedic institutes across the nation. 🚩🚩

    Very nicely made video, Initially I had booked a flat in keshav nagar mundhwa but due to no sheti no vikas my loan was turned down for lack of documents, so i went for a ride and like Moshi and booked a flat in 2016,the area is far developed, wide roads and good facilities around. I like moshi area and dudalgoan. The wide road connects Pune Airport.

    some builders like VTB realities,vastu dreams and others are making people fool by making joint venture with land owners and later on land owners wont pay maintenance share which is causing lot of trouble to flat owners in such society. We suggest everyone via your platform that please go for standard renowned builders like rama group ,gk group.

    Jab PCMC me itne acchese development ho sakta hai fir PMC kyu nahi? Kahi na kahi local level corporators, MP, MLA’s jimmedar hai PMC ke durdasha ke liye. Especially eastern Pune has got worst leadership.

      Pune me jagah kaha hai develop karne ke liye... PCMC ko develop kar paye q ki 90s tak bhi Nigdi, bhosari, ke aage pura farming tha, development ka scope tha.. Pune already developed tha aur scope nahi that future development ke liye

      @@shibooster Bhai Pura pune hi farm land tha ek jamane me. Aaj ka jo Hinjawadi hai ya Kharadi hai ye sare farmlands hi the. In fact sare bade cities me yahi scenario hai. But at least jab aap naye areas develop karna chalu krte ho tab use planning ke sath develop karna chahiye. PCMC me planning ke sath development hua. Wahi PMC koi concrete plan nahi banaya development ke liye. Abhi bhi jo new villages merge huyr uske liye PMC ke pass concrete plan nahi. Whole city is spreading like amoeba.

      @@rocket.Singh. there are very few companies in talwade due to red zone no future investment is coming, commerzone is also not big it park that too at around 17km.
      Only good for people working in chakan midc but question is are those people have buying capacity for 40laks rupees flat with average salary of 20k per month , so no price appriciation in future as well.

      If u can stretch ur budget. I would recommend hinjewadi. Growth here in moshi is still very slow comparatively . And ur daily commute is towards west side then travel time is also big concern here in moshi
