Btw I've been watching for years since I was in school and always dreamed of building a PC. Now that I've been in the Marine Corps for over 3 years I can finally afford to build a beats machine! :)
My friend and I built a system in this case, Its very nice for cable management and there is plenty of room for pretty much what ever you want. The only thing is the clips that hold the cables behind the motherboard tray are a little on the cheap side but its not that big of a deal. Over all its a good case and I would defiantly recommend it for the price.
Cant wait to get this in, not out in AUS yet :(

corsair 480x is shit, here's why, glass on the right panel, showing the cables, shit decision no idea why did they thought that was a good idea. 2nd no white version. 3rd the PSU shroud is awful, you still can see all the cable mess 4th doesn't look minimal at all. 5th case design doesn't even come close to the s340 when it comes to the cleanliness, just the white bar for cable management in the s340 destroys the 480x. Also for RGB builds white is always the way to go because on white you can accent every colour and it looks amazing 100% of the time.
Keep in mind that this is just my opinion, the 480x might not be shit for someone who likes features over looks, but in terms of looks the s340 elite is a clear winner.

When I originally built my PC, I spent a lot of money on great parts (i7 4770K, GTX 970). Unfortunately I skimped out on the case and bought a budget oriented case. Is it worth it to upgrade to this case for the looks? I'm completely in love with the tempered glass and the super clean cable management. I think I want another opinion to see if it's worth it.
I have my build in a normal NZXT S340 (black-red).. With 2 - 140mm noctua fans in front it is a airflow beast :D
I am still waiting on this guy. I pre-ordered two of these, one in black and one white. The black one is hosting my personal build, but going to switch to the white one as soon as it shows up. When did you get yours?

But phantek evolv TGE > nzxt s340 elite but price of evolv is twice of s340.

I want to get this case. Thinking to Use 2 noctua 120mm high airflow as exhaust and a 240mm aio rad as intake (CM MasterLiquidPro 280). I live in South Africa and gets hot in summer 30+°C. Do you think this will be a good cool system?

For the price, i think IMO there is no better case than this or at least should be in the top. Its simple yet beautiful style, lot of space for cables, the glass, its just look beautiful.
Does the white Version get more dirtier compared to the Matte Black? Can't decide.

so, what are the main differences between the S340 and H440?
s340 is smaller, less watercooling compatibility - but cheaper. the h440 has a built-in fan controller which the s340 lacks, while the s340 elite has tempered glass which the h440 doesn't (yet)
How does the front HDMI connect?
Is it internal via a second USB 3.0 header or is it a passthrough out the back?

Sweg Mastur no, it has only 240/280mm of rad space. For only CPU cooling or gpu/CPU without ovefclocking sure. But that gets rid of the whole point of water cooling imho. Wait for h440 glass or get the phanteks tempered glass case. They have a few options.

Hey everyone, I have a question. When the specs of a case read something like "limit for cpu cooler: 161mm" or "cpu cooler clearance: 161mm", do I have to consider the height of the cpu cooler + those few mm of the motherboard and processor or just the cpu cooler? My main concern is if a hyper 212 evo would fit in a case like this, since it's 159mm height.
It will probably fit, but choose the Be Quiet! Pure Rock, instead which is 155mm and it is a better cooler in my opinion.
The only con is the must of a filter for the top fan

The black version of this case is really sharp but the black band on the tempered glass males the white version a bit off esthetically. I think the old s340 white is better for a white build... but the new elite black is dope.

This case has no 3.5 or 5.25 external bay support, DVD and Blue Ray are not dead yet and a lot of people still live out in the sticks with a max internet connection of 3 Meg or less. So downloading movies, Operating systems, or any other large files in real time is out of the question.

I did not like the minimal radiator support, there should be at least space for a 240mm and a 360mm rads, for a custom loop.whats the point of a clear window if you don't have a custom loop inside.Amirite!!!
