It was enlightening to learn about the different strategies for building a dynasty, like creating passive income and diversifying revenue streams. Shows that there are practical steps we can all take, regardless of our starting point.
This is a wonderful way to look at life, living and wealth. In the concept of generational wealth if it was viewed as having the ability to help, then yes I agree. I appreciate the optimism! So it is said and so shall it be done! Keep sharing!!!
This talk really got me thinking about how I can set up my finances to help others. Never thought about generational wealth that way before. Good stuff!
I appreciate that she broke down how to build a dynasty into actionable steps. Also love the message that a dynasty isn't just about accumulating wealth but also setting up a system that benefits your family and others too.
The closing words hit hard. Imagine a world where we all build dynasties not just for ourselves but to solve society's problems. It's a collective responsibility.
It's amazing that she's created so much for herself and really noble that she still places value on the community and wanting to improve it but it's really tough that it falls to the individual to have to use their own created wealth to try and fix systemic issues.
In my experience discussing financial matters this openly is rare. Your openness about your family's journey is refreshing, especially because of the lack of shame in it.
I think this opens up a whole new perspective on legacy! It's cool to think that building a dynasty isn't just for the wealthy but a mindset that can be adopted by anyone
I’ve been doing exactly what she recommended for the past 25 years. Now, I’m starting retirement in my 40s, with those financial elements in place. I haven’t stopped working as I still enjoy some of the work. When I don’t want to work anymore, I’ll automate like she mentioned. In any case, I’ve got my future grandchildren covered, along with my sister’s. Working on my cousins’ now.
The emphasis on knowing your purpose as the foundation of building a dynasty really resonated with me. It's easy to get caught up in the how and forget the why. But the why is what keeps you going when things get tough.
What an incredible story teller! Powerful & such a humble & authentic way of showing up sharing the "why" behind what she does as an amazing wealth manager & CEO of an amazing family office. Thanks for sharing this Molly!
Bills act of kindness was amazing! Not only did it save her family but it also set a profound example of how to use wealth to make a real difference. These are the kind of stories that remind us of the power of community and giving back.
Bill’s generosity is nothing short of inspirational and shows the ripple effect one person can have! It's very clear to see his influence on the way Molly has created her life
In our community, the concept of generational wealth is crucial. Your talk reinforces the importance of passing down not just money but values and opportunities.
This is a really beautiful story and all and maybe fore those who do build dynasties out of nothing it rings true but in my experience most people with generational wealth are nowhere near as generous or community minded as Bill.
Absolutely, having the time savor precious memories with the ones we love most is priceless. That is the purpose of passive income and a passive business ❤
Bill's generosity was made possible by his foresight to plan financially and his willingness to be of service to others. So relieved to find out Mandy beat cancer. You never know what life will bring, it is so important to plan ahead and by any means that we can, build a dynasty of our own. What a wonderful story of generosity, strength and the human spirit. Can't wait to see what Molly does next!
It's not just about wealth but about creating systems that outlast you. The three strategies are practical wisdom for anyone, no matter their background.
Exactly...anyone can do this. We all have a differnt definition of what we want our own dynasties to be. It is not just reserved for the 1% but for anyone who approaches their life with intent to make their life the best it can be for themselves and for others.
I'm not sure why but in my family financial discussions always felt off limits. Like I didn't ever feel comfortable asking my parents for money to do things because I assumed we wouldn't be able to afford it... this story inspires me to be more aware of these things as I start my own family and hopefully my children will learn better attitudes and habits around money
Okay what she said about how your business should be able to run without you for at least six months was a really interesting point and definitely a good way to measure how smoothly things are running.
Wow this is really making me think about how success can be a collective achievement that benefits the broader community and it's kind of awesome to think about it that way! Like way more motivating than just doing it so you can buy luxury items or property or whatever rich people do with their money lmao
Coming from a collectivist culture, the emphasis on family support and community is something I very strongly agree with. It isn't a success if it doesn't uplift the whole community.
I appreciate the solid financial advice in this and it is an interesting concept but this kind of thing is about mindset and unfortunately not many people are capable of shifting their thinking to achieve what you're talking about

Molly, your speech was just amazing. For me it really opened new visions and I think it also gave me an assurity to actually decide the purpose of my life.

Congratulations on making the choice to build your dynasty:) You are truly a Dynasty Builder! I love hearing peoples journey's and what they are building towards. Real estate is the source of 90% of millionaire's wealth. You just simply can not ignore the power of real estate when building out your dynasty. That is why we focus not only on how to retire real estate investors' portfolios without having to pay taxes but also on how to free up even more wealth from their real estate while they are building out their portfolios.

Her story is inspiring, but I can't help feeling like there's a lot of privilege behind being able to even think about building a "dynasty". What about folks just trying to get by?
Nice story, but building a dynasty seems like a pipe dream for most of us. I'm just trying to pay my bills and get by. Not everyone can be a dynasty builder
Building a dynasty is something anyone can do. However, it does start with mindset. If you don't believe it, it won't happen. Trust me, I'm doing it and helping so many others do the same thing and I started with nothing. This is why I felt it was so important to create a Dynasty Journal to compliment our Build Your Dynasty book which we will be launching first part of 2024! Can't wait to see what dynasty you will create!
I'm sorry but thinking building a legacy to leave for your great grandchildren seems like such bizarre and out of touch thinking. How about putting that energy towards supporting causes that will help make the Earth actually liveable in the next 100 years?
How is it out of touch, this is how humans think since we evolved. It's the last 80 years people don't think about doing it much since they rely on the government so much. Now people really lose hope on the government to take care of us or even the environment, so people are slowly going back into keeping everything in their tribe.
Focusing on leaving a dynasty for your great grandchildren or ensuring we have a healthy environment for that same generation 100 years from now is dynastic thinking and living.

An inspiring talk of what's possible when you step up and think of leaving a legacy for your great grandchildren.
