Im in the dark days, she spoke about. And I have jumped so many times that my brain is just burned out. Lost my motivation. This ted talk was meant for me, so thank you. I have to keep swimming and jumping until i make it!❤
I watched this 7 August 2024 and it has inspired me. It also feels like a massive shout out from the Universe saying I'm ready for my next bold step 😮 even though I'm shaking.... ❤
I really appreciate this talk and feel fortunate to have had the privilege of listening to it. Thank you for generously sharing your story with the intention of inspiring others. ❤
2024! This is still motivating 7 years later. I've been afraid to move as a Realtor but you are definetly inspiring and I hope you're still at it because you're an awesome speaker!
Listen and pay attention because this lady knows what she is talking bout. Failure is part of the process. Being afraid is failure is definitely going to hold you back. People fail all the time and you just get up dust yourself off and keep your mind on the success that comes from your learning process.Fear of failure is holding you back. Get over the fear and you’ll succeed or accept failure and settle for a life of regret. It’s your life and your choice so choose wisely.
My dog Louie departed 8 days ago, and the pain and anguish is almost unbearable. Guilt, regret, grief, and second guessing are the emotions that fuel my racing mind. It's a horrible experience that I have unfortunately been through 5 times. But I know that he loved me, and wanted only to make me happy, and that is a beautiful thing. All of the love, laughter, loyalty, and devotion are given to us on credit, and in the end, we pay dearly for it. So is it worth it? I take great comfort in knowing that he spent his life with me. I cannot imagine not knowing him, or how hollow my heart would be had our lives not intersected. Yes it is absolutely worth it! 100 percent. I would do anything for him, including going through this horrible pain and grief. I miss you Louie, more than words can describe.
I remember me and Louie use to pull capers and run sesh on female dogs…this is his brother btw “Joey”.. I was just in the pound I did 3 months I have some questions that need answers bub
This speaks to my heart so much, thank you ❤ I've been overthinking to the point of being frozen lately and you help me want to move..and that it's ok I don't know how it will turn out!!
Excellent video. Thank you for these valuable and useful tips that give a person a strong impetus to move forward to achieve important things in life and overcome difficulties.
I wish my boss would watch this. We're always overwhelmed by KPIs and action items, but nobody ever talks about why we're doing what we're doing... no wonder half the team looks d**d inside
This video is really only 17 minutes not 50 minutes which is good. It's a good video & should be edited down to it's correct length. No one wants to watch a 50 minute Ted Talk & it's only 17 minutes. Please fix it so views will go up. It deserves it. Thx! ❤️ 💜
Great message... I was just watching an interview with billionaire Mark Cuban who describes himself as not being too serious vs the people he hires as perfectionists/ type A. Entrepreneurs understand success comes with failure and risk and danger. I hope the speaker knows her jump to be an entrepreneur and a speaker is changing the world.
I thought this was Michele. Once I clicked on it I realized of course it wasn’t but other people also thought the same. Maybe they’re related? Really amazing resemblance even in facial expressions and speech.
it's very useful everytime I go somewhere else places say to myself "hey they don't know me, so I can do what I want and try things new" this statement is empower me knowing not I'm feel afraid of 🦋
Love the video and what she was saying, but you guys should definitely fix the problem with the video being 50 minutes long but her TedTalk ends at 17 minutes🥰
All you need to do is look up in the phone book for a distributor for a discount price on your need for specific items in bulk. Have you also heard of u-line for aprons?❤
I hear the resemblance I don’t see it. I see a strong woman who definitely inspired me today. It was a week where I have been feeling beaten down by my own choices. Now I’m seeing things a bit differently because of her. it’s also a gift that Michelle Obama has also… she makes you see yourself in ways you hadn’t considered.
Me trying and failing at 11 diff careers in the last 2 years 😂 my net and para chute have not opened, but 1 thing is for sure; I’m shamelessly used to failing 😂
interesting haha.. have adhd and fell in love with someone that has borderline/narcissism/ocd :D it was probably the most intense thing emotionally I ever experienced.
I am desperate to know more about his coping strategies and how he manages his bipolar disorder. I'd like to learn more about the practical steps he takes to harness the strengths associated with the condition.
As an extroverted person i felt so sad listenning to the whole dancing story. I never look at people and judge them while theyre dancing. I dont think many people care about how you look tbh. Even if they talk most forget the next day. Just feel free to be yourself on the stage and have fun!
The jump is a metaphor or other words to describe to make an action just to make ends meet and pay the bills. Jumping is a way of doing an act to do this and to do that just to be able to pay or to do great in work.
You jumping and can’t pay the bills can’t happen at the same time because can’t pay the bills is an problem which can be solved by jumping metaphorically in to work to pay the bill.
To hear this inspiring message from someone who is overweight and probably prediabetic is encouraging for others who are overweight and probably prediabetic. Wouldn't it be great if also she started campaigning for absence of diabetes in old age
i am big and beautiful, what an amazing way to start. sometimes the thing that you are supposed to become just find you
Wow.... I am a successful Failure. What a positive note for someone who never gives up.
God made sure I heard this message today. Thank you for sharing it!

Sometimes the thing you're supposed to become just finds you. Wow!!
That is what they say, being there at the right time and at the right place. You have to see and seize it!
You can get bitter, or you can get better. That is powerful!
Lori Granito: remember the challenge and remember the name.
Really enjoyed Lori's talk - a lot
What an amazing lady - ❤️
Lori, i thought your presentation was amazing. Well put together and loved your family stories. You are a natural motivator. This was very inspiring.
She sends courage messages 😊
The Ted Talk people rarely respond in the comments section. I wonder if they ever look at them.

What happens when you jump and can't pay bills which has happened to me
