Universal joint staking tool for your driveshaft repair workshop.
Designed for pressing and stacking u-joints in driveshaft repair workshops.
It can be used for the assembly and replacement of cardan joints in the repair and production of cardan shafts, as well as for other processes in which the pressing operation is used.
This press is designed for use in a repair shop and does not require any special knowledge for operation and maintenance.
The press is equipped with the technological equipment for the stacking.
The manual nib feeder ensures the accuracy and quality of the stacking process.
The pressing mechanism is based on a ball screw, which has a high efficiency and a long service life.
Technological tooling for replacing stacked u-joints:
1) Centring housing for the punches.
2) Set of 8 bits for punching crosses with diameters from 20 to 31 mm for drive shafts.
3) Set of 4 bits for punching crosses with diameters from 15 to 19 mm for steering shafts.
