It may cause imbalance, however I've forgot to mark them in the past and didn't have any issues. It's just one of those things I recommend for good measure.
@@arrondentinger2086 I'm in Mexico and the mechanic ordered the wrong drive shaft after not finding the size of u-joint needed. My friend in San Diego is going to help me get it and send it from Tijuana to avoid time delays with importation.
