  • Do you want to remove the bloatware that came with Windows 11? Is your Windows 11 running slow? Does it feel like Windows 11 is taking forever to boot? Need to make everything on your Windows computer run quicker while also freeing up space?
If you said yes to any of those questions, then I will show you how to debloat your Windows 11 computer. By debloating Windows 11, you can remove unneeded applications that came with Windows 11. It will also boot quicker, use less resources, and load other programs quicker. Most of the additional programs that are removed with the Debloater won't affect your day to day operations. If you would like to keep some of the programs that the debloater is going to remove, then you are in luck. They have an option to remove only the features that you do not need, while keeping the features you want.
Here is the link to download the Windows Debloater PowerShell Script.

Thank you for taking the time to talk about this and try to make it as simple as possible for other folks. Subbed and liked, TY for making this video. I know there are others out there, but the more people know, the better we can fight against these privacy invading companies.

    IMO:
Sorry, better off using CTT script. As it is far more comprehensive (has nicer GUI too)

Thanks for the suggestion. I have used ChrisTitusTech's Windows 11 Debloater also. CTT's script for you and me is very much more an in depth and comprehensive Debloater that is easy for us to use and understand. I was trying to make it incredibly easy for anybody to debloat their Windows 11 and I felt that CTT's Script may have been a little difficult for some users. That was the only reason that I had suggested the Sycnex Windows 10 Debloater.
Since you did have such a great suggestion, I will definitely make a video showing off CTT's Windows 11 Debloater for those Advanced Users. Thanks for your input and support 😊

one thing i suggest before doing this is reading the EULA for windows 11 as it most likely mentions that doing this is a no no

I do appreciate your feedback. I have had quite a few people who have wanted to remove some of the built-in Windows programs (Xbox, Phone Link, 3D Viewer, etc). Those programs will just sit in their Start Menu collecting dust, never getting used, and using up space on their hard drive/SSD. I have been asked how can someone remove those programs if they will never be used. Since I had been asked repeated how to do this; I thought it would be great to show people how to remove those programs from Windows 11 (Debloat) if that interested them.

IMPORTANT INFO!!! If you used his guide to set up a local account! If your system name has a space in it, when you go to run the cd command in powershell you need to wrap that space in quotes.

      ie) cd C:\Users\Windows\User" "Name\Downloads\Windows10Debloater-master

Thank you @benmoore3776 for that! This is correct; if your username has a space, then you will need to put quotes around either the username or the whole folder structure.
      Example 1: cd c:\Users\"John Smith"\Downloads\Windows10Debloater-master
      Example 2: cd "c:\Users\John Smith\Downloads\Windows10Debloater-master"
I hope this helps. If you are having problems with this, please let me know and I will be glad to help 😊

Do you know how to permanent disable 'efficiency mode'? Windows 11 refuses your actions. It turns out this is a devious way of throttling TH-cam when using Firefox, and most 'unauthorised sites' suffer the same fate. Windows claiming it is to 'save energy' is laughable. It's bad enough that Microsoft gets to decide which companies have 'officially recognised' HDR monitors and tvs, and bars you from using 60hz with HDR, forcing you to only be able to select 30hz max.

I found this article, which talks about disabling efficiency mode for Google Chrome.
      web.archive.org/web/20231217031440/techdows.com/2023/07/permanently-disable-efficiency-mode-for-chrome-in-task-manager-windows-11.html
I also found out you can disable the efficiency mode with Firefox by following these steps.
You can set the preference dom.ipc.processPriorityManager.backgroundUsesEcoQoS to false in about:config to disable this feature.
If you need any help with these steps, let me know and I will be glad to help 😊
