@@carsismyaddiction6919no sorry. There’s a reason Yamaha and Toyota specifically went with a V10 for the LFA instead of a V12 when they were fully capable of building either.
@@partikelsmusic the highest revving V10s were just above 19000 rpm, there was no 20K V10. in 2006 the rpm went up so most teams were running 19500 rpm - 20500 rpm. the 19K limit got introduced in 2007
There is a video from sportcrash71 of the Aston Martin 2021 car testing at monza from a month ago. Obviously it didn't exist when this video was made but if you watch it, it has a few shots from roughly the same position and the car sounds far better than the 2014 ferrari.
It's not evolution, it's retrogression, why do they swithed from holy v12's and v10's to a fcking electric motors ? Fuel economy and emission control ? Bullshit, resque helicopter is burning 4 tons of kerosene to save your ass when you are wounded in mountains, army burns shit ton of gassoline to train, ships are burning more fuel than weight of the goods it delivers, my dad was huge motorsports fan, from rally to F1, he saw wild group B by himself, was watching F1 when I was a little child, one I asked him - dad, why aren't you watching formula 1 now ? And he said - theres no more spirit in these cars, they wanna make them electric... Haven't see my dad watching F1 since 2010, he passed away last year, seing how motorsport fall... Only hope that US will never make NASCAR electric, because it's only thing I can enjoy now beside rally and MX races, everything slightly turns black and white and it's going darker every year
This whole "let's love V10 and hate V6 sound" became a trend. Everyone thinks they should also join this nonsense. Since when loud noise is good? Since when something old, inefficient is good? Yeah tradition, but I don't see y'all dying at age 30 just because we used to tousands of years ago.
I think this largely comes from how they sounded in 2014. And tbh this comparison uses I think the 2014 car which is indeed a bit unfair. While I do think V10/V8 sound better, The V6 of today sounds so much better already than in 2014 and most people just probably remember those too much.
Man, for some people, including me, there is no more beautiful sound than the naturally aspirated high-speed V8, V10, V12. And the noise? He did not disturb anyone.
You’re not wrong that last part made me laugh lol but I also don’t understand the big hate on V6s, some are actually pretty nice in fact you can make them pretty nice regardless
Is it really a trend tho? When a V10 screams by whether IRL or on screen, you really can't deny the insanity and attraction to such a beautiful machine. I think I see your point about the hatred of the hybrid engines being nonsense. But what I hear you saying using words and phrases such as "inefficient" and "too loud" is "V10s suck and everyone who likes them are idiots." 😐
V10 top engineering of F1 Engine in history
Engineered only for power. Not efficiency or reliability. So it depends on how you se it. These v6 engines are a engineered masterpiece except Renault
i agree, but the v8s and v12s are good aswell
v12 better in all.
That V10 is beautiful, V8 & V12 are solid as well
Tbh I’ll take the v8 than the v6
Wow!! Thank u bro, I couldn't remember the V10 was going at 19k rpm, that's insane!!!!! WHAT A SOUND!
V8 and V10 are my favorites
Great sounds!
tears went down my face when 3.0 v10 passed 😢
19,000 rpm... how fun is that to even think about
V10 sounds like pure engineering passion
WOW , I miss that sound , thanks for the video .
V10 for ever !
The most beautiful sound is in v10.
V12 better.

@@KubanKevinV12 too big to front engine sporcar. this is a reason.
V10 is eargasms.
17000rpm!
That’s insane
19 000. Best car's have same rpm than a bike....
@@williamlescoutre8178 19000 is the restrictet in 2005-2007 than 18000 rpm, nowadays 15000 rpm. In 2004 some of those cars can rev over 20000 rpm.

V8 😍🔥
Thank you for not standing in a corner where the cars decelerate and you can't hear the engine properly revving, like many others do ...
The amount of violence going on inside those engines to produce such a such beautiful sound
The V8 sound and V12 sound are the best F1 motor sounds 😘
For me V12 it's the best, Second V10.
Absolutely. The V12 tone when accelerating hard from lower revs is sick!
Error with 1.6 hybrid, 1.6 did not spin up to 15,000 rpm, only up to 12,000 rpm.
V6 power in 11000rpm, 12000rpm shift.
I think 10 screams the loudest but 12 has the most character. I like 12 the best

V12 sound by a country mile! Not present here, but when it accelerates hard from low revs, the tone is unbeatable!
Nothing beats the sound of a good V10. Not even a V12. Please see Lexus LFA and Porsche Carrera GT for proof
The V6T literally farted bruh 💀😭
I think possibly the kerb did
It's the curb.
Honda V12 - the best in F1.
Better for the V6 sound if they could show the 1984 Ferrari 126 C4 F1 Turbo V6...sounds much much better than the modern V6's lol
V6 sounds like cart
V8 sounds like budget V10
V10 sounds like speed
V12
V12 sounds like a more refined V10... the pitch and tone is sick because it sings instead of screams.
Did you typo the V6 sound? You meant to type fart, right? lel
Doesn’t go brap brap brap at the end
V8
dios me libre el v10 parece el infierno
0:15 and 0:33
v12 or v10
V10 was best
V6 wtf ???? :D
オタクやね
Stop talking to Mckenna
