An 11.8 s 1/4 mile for the 812 ?? I'm sure there's something wrong with this particular 812 because recently on the channel another superfast did a 10.4 s 1/4 against an SVJ and a 911 turbo s.
Because you people will never get it..the best time of 812 can be repeated once..9 out of 10 on road will do the 11.8 or even 12 plus..the best time with glue low 11 but it doesnt have the torque to go mid 10s not even high 10
@@commantrosexetlos4700what is bro yapping about
It's the driver slow reaction at the launch.
@@NCSiebertdesign yeah he looks like sleeping but we can't see if it was spinning on the spot
@@NCSiebertdesignthe driver reaction is slower than even Impreza 22B STi. 🤣
10:58 " what we doin?" 😂 god dammit money can't buy skills 💀😂
Fr fr… dudes an amateur
Lmao fr, they be buying cars coz they sound good and give attention. Meanwhile people like Yianni do actually have something, they'd buy a showoff car like Lamborghini and still launch it so good that it match some car.
Lewis going to Ferrari????? And we get a Ferrari drag race????
PERFECT TIMING
If it were a circuit race with pro drivers would be better still
I’m honestly not convinced the 812 driver was even in the right gear for the rolling. Dude had zero idea what he was doing.
The dude in the 812 didnt even try to launch the car 😂
812 guy:I think it's a perfect launch
Matt and Sam:- is it?😂
fyi, the dude snoozing on the line in the 812 was Phil, his name is on his coat in case he forgets it whilst sleeping lol
Sleeping Pill Phill 😂
The 296 GTB has probably the best V6 sound I've ever heard. The only others that come close are the Alfa v6s the busso and the gulia quadrifolgio
Alfas V6 is a Ferrari engine by the way
@@UchihaM23 its not
Small V6 behind turbos and still it sounds so mean 🔥🏎👌
Lancia....
@@UchihaM23what? The Busso from late 70s to early 2000s was a pure Alfa engine
Everytime a new guest comes he always later to start, i'm starting to think matt isn't telling them the when to go on which hand signal.
I don’t think he used launch control
That 812 burnout was epic!!
3:56 ohh my goodness that’s sounds awesome 👏
the 812 sounds glorious
Same goes to Plymouth Fury Muscle Car 1958.
....With just the slight irrelevant detail that the V12 doesn't have turbos nor electricity to help, just his big 6500cc and the best soundtrack in the automobile world
Is TVR Cerbera Speed 12 has a V12 Turbo like 812?
@@purwantiallan5089 I don’t understand what you mean. 812 has no turbos, is 100% n/a
Agreed 100% brother, NA or nothing
@@purwantiallan5089I don’t get this either. Even the CS12 was NA, it was a 7.7 liter with 1k HP at its peak of design. There was never a boosted Cerbera Speed 12. Even the smaller Griffith/Cerbera/Sagaris/Tuscan’s only had Rover V8’s or big 6’s.
@@CJColvin Yes, but only if I could have a Ferrari 6500cc V12.
Other than that, I prefer the earlier torque and power of ICEs helped by turbos …and why not electricity as well?
The mix is incredible from a performance point of view.
I’m an old timer and had my share of n/a. For everyday use, I prefer to have more power available sooner to be honest.
That 296 GTB absolutely rocks for a V6 ..... It was just barely behind the SF90 in ever race.
Ferrari 812 reaction times😔
For those talking about reaction time of the driver of the 812 it doesn't matter, against the other 2 cars, in the end. However, lights for the drag would be cool to limit driver launch error, if possible. Brilliant video again 👍
You say it doesn’t matter, in the 812 vs SVJ video. Matt managed a 10.4sec 1/4 mile time. The same time as the 296 GTB… in this video.
Reaction time doesn't affect 1/4 mile times @@razza94
It doesnt matter but its still not acceptable.
@@razza94That was in better conditions
I mean you still want to see the best every car can do. This is a car show, not a driver show
Very few people who can afford a $300,000 car can actually drive it properly. The guy in the 812 proved he is a status driver and not a true driving enthusiast that can handle a car of that caliber.
Coco Hayashi also test driven this 812 a few weeks ago.
@@purwantiallan5089 and the results were?
I think part of it is car wows fault. He was waiting until the hand completely went down. Car wow should inform the rules. If you watch in slowmo you will see he waits until the hand is fully down. Visitor drivers should be informed better
@@user-yp4md2jg8ji mean the way he “warmed up” the tires shows he doesnt really know what hes doing either
He did good tire warming though.
I bought all 3... 296 for daily drive, sf90 for daily rainy days, 812 for long distance journeys
I was at the Naples, FL Car show that featured over 700 cars today. It's one of the biggest in Florida and the USA. There were more that 50 Ferraris many of which were delivered by trailers and they had their own event tents and street. I saw all these same Ferraris and at the end all the cars including the Ferraris, Lambos, Muscle cars rev their engines in a competition to see who's loudest. It was FANTASTIC! So I get home from the car show and see your amazing race! What a coincidence! Awesome!
The v12 sound is beyond euphoric
The SF 90 is whistling like a jet...😮🔥
Or even like a missile 😄
Honestly the sound of a Ferrari is just so majestic! Hopefully will get to review one on my channel one day
Even the 812 was the "slowest" i would still take that if i was rich. Because that big N/A V12 is something else. That sound just awesome . Speed is not everything.
i'm actually impressed how the 296 can keep up with the SF90 once it's rolling. Thats a hell of a price difference for basically 4WD that gives you the grip off the line
296 Don't keep up lol
it is pretty quick though@@jozefjozefczyk3936
More advanced transmission in the gtb. Ferrari's tech keeps evolving, but they kept gtb's power a bit lower, so it won't beat their halo car.
Twin Turbo 812 Superfast Race Again .
omg, that sound of sf90 coming to the finish line - it's like a spaceship))
Are you sure you're not listening to the 812 ??
@@xestorenope he meant the whistle that the SF90 was making
Sounds shit
Turbo
People hate on Ferrari but whenever these guys are in Ferraris they have the biggest smiles on their face more so than any other cars.
Simply The greatest Brand 💯
Ferraris are actually very fun to drive...
And they sound amazing too....
Honda made me bored I cannot wait to buy a Ferrari. Testarossa is great too
@alpzepta Never drove a Civic SI? Or Integra or NSX? Bro you are missing out
Whoever hates Ferrari doesnt know nothing about motors and motorsports in general
I will be back soon guys sorry had so many messages 😔
The 812 driver is so classy, he chose to mail his foot to the throttle paddle rather than press it directly. Even though it took 7 business days. what a legend.
SF90 looks like a supersonic jet passing by, very beautiful
Imo the most beautiful is the superfast though.
@@edombre4637more beautiful, more 'pure', more useful. It's the petrolhead's choice👍
Wow! Nice video! Can you please do a drag race with a Ferrari 488 Pista and 488 GTB? It would be interesting to see the different 488s
The SF90 is an arrow pointing to the sky, the 812 is a masterpiece with the sound of the Gods and the 296 is absolutely stunning... truly Ferrari has achieved perfection that others only try to achieve.
296 GTB is an absolute blast to drive compared to the SF90.
I am amazed at the V6 power of the 296 GTB, it punches above its weight class.
That 296 Is NUTTS. I cannot believe how well it keeps to the sf90, that is engineering magic. Round of applause ferrari
Ferrari 812 driver "that was perfect Launch" from him 😂😂😂 you were sleeping mate
the front engine rear wheel drive v12 had no chance to begin with
Wow! That SF90's acceleration is absolutely awesome.
Yeah. Almost as good as a Tesla
The 812 sounds sooo good the v12 noise is what a Ferrari show sound like but that v6 performance is just blistering wow
That 296 V6 sounds really nice, was quite impressed with that noise😊
That 296 is honestly such a marvel. I know it won't be sought after the way other ferraris are/will be but that car is truly special.
