If only MJJC would produce one foam canon being the best of both worlds, wider mouth, but easy screw on top, wider container so it doesn't fall over, made of clear material with a scale on the side, they'd be on to a winner. For now I'll stick with my S3 which works fine, but falls over now and then.
I have a PRO V2. I like the wide base, which makes it very stable - and a wide mouth, which makes it easy to fill. All they need to do (for me) is make the bottle out of clear and firm plastic. Like @1stfrompuertorico568, I live in a hot climate (Cyprus) where the temperature this June reached hit a record 43.
The v2 is the best option for us in our island because it doesn't bend or the bottle doesn't warp due to our temperatures ranging 85-105 degrees Fahrenheit and water being hot from the hose. One of my Detailing friends and I purchased both and we have tested them so that's why I can tell you also about this results. I have friends in Arizona and Colorado and they also went back to using v2 only because it is heat resistant and doesn't warp.
Both look like they perform the same. Purchased the S V3 and a whole pressure washing setup recently for use at my mom's house. Can't wait to try it. Hoping for great foaming action!
A very detailed comparison with plus points on both of them. I like the blue colour and the flexibility of the blue pick up tube but like the wider opening on the other one with the wider base. The only thing is the price for me the last time I looked I could not justify purchasing a new one when I have three others that do the job I require. I have had them for about five years and have swapped out the gauze twice in that time. I like the look of the AutoBrite Direct lance for ease of swapping out the gauze without the brute force of opening my lances.

@@autocarehqextra That is a good idea I need to go and get a couple of quick connectors to upgrade the other two as they have Karcher attachments otherwise they are stored away for eternity. .

Another great test Heather. I actually have both and now use the V3 for snow Foam and then at the end I use the Pro V2 for the Koch-Chemie Protector Wax and so far no issues on either. Cheers G
This is a very timely comparison, I've been looking to change my old lance for quite some time. My options were between one of these 2 or the MTM lance but after watching this I'm leaning towards the Pro V2 for the sturdier bottle. Thanks for the review 👍.
Love theses review videos heather,watched you for awhile and respect your opinions and reviews on products Both great foam cannons,I always wondered though why no companies have ever put dilution marks on the flask itself like some spray bottles do
I regret getting the V3 over the V2 Pro. From a performance standpoint, no difference, but the stability of the V3 when empty is terrible. Constantly falling over. Great review!
Thank you for the review. I was thinking that when a company makes a new model of something, wouldn't it stand to reason the new version would be hands down so much better? I'm not sure version 3 does all that. It's cool that the orifice is easy to change, but how many times are you going to do that? Once, maybe? The clear bottle is a good idea, but it looks too flimsy and opening is too small. Do they make spare bottles so you can change out quickly and store extra soaps not used in bottles? Cuts down on waste and time. I guess it's each to their own, but I was hoping for something more. Thank you for taking the time putting this video together. It really helps showcasing these products, and your input is very valuable.

Compared to the Pro V2 though it seems to just have a few differences rather than clear improvements. The Pro V2 has been around a while now so I'm not sure if/ when there will be a V3 of it. It would be interesting to see if they could add any new features to take it to another level. Great point on the spare bottles as well. I couldn't find any unfortunately but it would be great if they were readily available
love my v2. also have the Ava premium one with 3 containers which is surprisingly good and a good option if you find you have to tip out product to refill with another. just leave in thre container and its good to go next time :)
I would recommend the MJJC S v3 foam cannon to anyone wanting a new foam canon. Having recently brought it I think its great. Even my daughter loves using it. I have the V2 and the only problem I have is the suction tube goes soft over time and the ball falls off so you need top buy a new tube as the ball will not stay in the end if you cut it back
I had absolute shocker and scraped them on a wall. They've healed now but I've since managed to slice my finger whilst chopping chorizo 😂 Did I mention I'm clumsy haha

The clear bottle is less durable, it can't take the amount of abuse that the v2 can and the clear bottle can deform if you use hot water in it.
I have the V2 I think it’s best for me I’m clumsy and also I don’t always have the best hose control on my tight drive so end up knocking over things

They do. A smaller thread to use the small opening style bottle.
