Keep spirit Quang! Substitute the ingredients to a high protein/ low calorie alternative and you will still be able to eat foods you enjoy! The cut should still be enjoyable LFG 💪🏼

I'm not a fitness trainer nor expert but you said you have to get skinny 2024 but you won't lose that belly only doing strength training. I'm sure you know this already. You need high intensity cardio workouts to melt that fat ! You need ab workouts, you need to do crunches, work on your core exercises if you really want that belly to shrink brother, you're already strong and can bench 500lbs lol HIT THAT INTENSE CARDIO !!!!!! or you never see that belly go down.... dips, pullups and dumbbell sets won't cut it my brother, you'll continue looking like a sumo wrestler.
Dude you are right. We all know he can lift them heavy weights from his waaaaay back workout videos. but now he needs to do some intense cardio (you don't need to film all of it).

He's a foodie and he cooks for content on the main channel I understand, I think we're all foodies here on the channel but he does know how to lose weight, he's done it before, he understands the calorie deficit but it DOES matter the type of food you intake, he mentioned before in a previous video that it doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you control the portion size and that's true but he'll never get rid of that belly if he's not eating the right foods. One secret food I found on my weight loss journey in 2020 is OATMEAL, something about oatmeal magically burns fat after your workouts and on rest days maan, he needs to put down the yogurts and all the other bs he eats, let's hit the 180 goal of yours this time Quang YOU GOT IT ! Just get a little more discipline and DO CARDIO LOTS OF CARDIO AND CORE WORKOUTS, I was 208lbs in 2020, started working out, intense cardio daily ate my oatmeal and I got down to 170lbs with a 6 pack, so I know it works, i also part take in some cannibas usage which i think helped burn more fat in the stubborn places like love handles and the lower stomach 💪🏾 but Quang got it LETS GOOO.
