One local pho place here does the low carb shirataki noodles. I'll use those from time to time even at home too. Now a days I would probably mix the low calorie noodles with regular noodles just to add volume. I know you know this, but don't forgot about marinating chicken in yogurt. It's awesome. Also, grilled shrimp and seafood will be great when it's a bit warmer.

Good job! Consistency is key. My dessert of choice is sugar free jello 😂. I used those shirataki noodle. They are ok but very low calories. They don’t hold flavor well.
believe or not, chicken pho is extremely healthy. If you want to limit carb intake, you can substitute some of the noodles for more veggies like shredded cabbage

More squats on your feet, leg exercising. Running is a must ❤ bend your knees when you use machines standing up. Focus on your stomach more squats is the key. Especially for you
