quang ive been watching you for years now and congrats on the baby also i always work out on and off and diet on and off but this time i tried a new "diet" all i did is stopped eating bread and grains. bro i feel great. bread i guess is super bad for the body. basically flour and starch idk try it for 2 weeks and youll feel the difference on your clothes. btw i started working out again. never felt better !
They say fathers of a new-born child will have a spike in prolactin & estrogen levels before/after conceiving, resulting in muscle-loss and fat-loss. Quang is definitely not letting that stop him from achieving his dream physique! Don't worry about missing a week from the brother! You are excused. You just had a baby ffs lol!
