    I'm amazed! I'm 74 and for the past 15 years, I haven't been able to sleep for more than an hour on one of my sides because my hip starts hurting. A couple of months ago, I did this workout for a week. It was difficult and I couldn't really extend my leg out behind me that far. Later, I noticed I could sleep longer on that side without pain, but didn't really push it. Last night I slept all night on that side without pain. I am sure that this routine is what did it. I've slacked off doing it for quite a while, but now I will definitely get back to it. I think doing it even 2-3 or times a week could make a big difference. So excited and thank you for sharing all these excellent workouts!

    Great workout. Had hip replacement 5 years ago and even with therapy, never regained the flexibility I had prior to the surgery. Will see! Love Buddy, he is a wonderful distraction.

    I have very tight hips and am constantly searching for ways to heal and improve my flexibility. I find my ability to exercise is often limited because the hip problem affects my knees but I refuse to stop exercising so use workarounds. Yesterday I was particularly stiff and tried this workout and your other knee workouts and holy cow, by nightfall my hips felt loose and pain free. I was able to walk easily and it felt so good. I will be doing this workout every morning before everything else. Really appreciate these helpful movements and your positive energy.

    Very much appreciated this video. I went from good flexibility due to regular yoga practice to one very tight hip after my right leg had to carry me through a 3 month recovery from foot surgery on the left. My left hip is still flexible but the right hip feels like it doesn’t belong to me. I will definitely do this sequence for the next 6 days 💕

    Thanks for this challenge , this is going to be a year of challenges for me.I have followed you for several years off and on, thisnyear willl be more than ever!     I want to thank-you so much especially for this exercise and so many more! You’re a life saver! I am not sure how many years that I have been following you but it is really paying off. This exercise is really helping the pain that I’ve been getting in my pelvic/hip. I’m waiting for a biopsy in that area. I barely have any pain since I started this exercise & other exercises. They think that it might be cancer. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I’m 65. I love 💕 you, your exercises & music!!

    My hips are so stiff my knees are more up toward the sky than down toward the floor! Yikes! I will be bookmarking this one....looks like I need it EVERY DAY!

    I have been doing this challenge for more than a week, and I think my heaps are getting better. I found my right heap is more tight than left, I guess because I am right-handed. I am always so tight around my heaps. You're so right about carrying all our pains and stress in our heaps. ❤love your workout as always 😊

    This is a great hip opener and stretch. My hips have given me fits most of my life and this did the trick. Now to work on my knees with your knee workout. Thank You!!
