      I dream to be like you Ma'am! You are loving yourself and your body immensely! I find that the other exercises are good for my osteo and psoriatic arthritis! I love this Lady and see you as an example! Bless you Ma'am!

    Love 💕 I was doing a young popular girl here on TH-cam. Others were doing her ab workouts daily. I couldn’t hang!!! I can do hers every other day and include this!!!

    Loving your workouts. I am 69 years old. Great that I can do this in my own space and not having to feel like I have to keep up with others. Lockdown weight coming off and I’m feeling mentally good. Been doing it for a month and now part of my daily routine. Thank you so much.

    I had stopped exercising because of pain in my lower back and hip, scared of doing more harm than good, and am now booked to have both hip joints replaced. Was advised on some exercises to do and when I told my PT of your videos she gave me her blessing to give them a go. Can't thank you enough for adding the easier variations but I am now on to the full exercises with your encouragement. 👍😊😊thank you

    I love these seated workouts. I was healthy and fit when I was younger, (all my life really). I had an accident in my late thirties and crushed a leg and lost a knee cap, went through early menopause in my mid-40s and my body just fell apart. I have not been able to exercise or do any weight bearing because of my leg and lack of kneecap. I love your workouts. They are just right to really keep me going and motivated. I can really tell a difference after I finish a work out and I can add as many as I want at 10 minutes at a time :-) Your words of encouragement have really made a difference to me as well. You are a great inspiration. Thank you so much! 😊

      Me too! I love seeing comments from others like me who have found such restored head-to-toe improvement-- especially improved sense of well-being.
      I do these seated ones(there's another seated abs)sometimes later in the day, saving the up-and -walking ones for earlier.. Stick with it. I did, & as a result have never felt better & younger! -Sherrie(just turned 69 years of age)~

    I just started this workout last week. I ended up sick over the weekend and really was bummed to miss working out for 3 days. I have looked for low impact workouts for a long time and am so thankful God let me find fabulous 50s!! Knew and foot pain have limited what I can do and these are FABULOUS! (And free)! Thank you!!

    I cannot believe how your work outs have helped me. I turned 70 four months ago and so much has gone wrong in my body since but you have helped so much and even corrected some of the problems. I was asked recently by a stranger how old I was because she couldn’t place it, she said I looked so young and fit and strong. I tell everyone about you, THANK YOU!! X x

    Today is the last day of October and I can honestly say I have stuck to doing your exercises every day. I've concentrated on seated abbs exercises (adding legs next month) and for the first time in over 20 years I can actually feel and use my abdominal muscles!! Thank you 🤗 They've been sadly ignored following many, many hip to hip abdominal operations 20+ years ago. I'm inspired. Onwards and upwards (at last). See ladies there is hope after giving up even in your late 60s 😊

    I've been doing your workouts for about a year now, but I just found this one. Great core workout, which I need since I was just diagnosed with significant arthritis in my lower back. Working on my core will hopefully help. I appreciate this seated workout, as I am alomost 68 and have difficulty doing exercises on the floor, due to knee surgery. Thank you so much Schellea.       Thanks so much for your question! Instead of moving into the second exercise in this routine, you can repeat two round of the first exercise. This first exercise is a great way to get the abs activated and ready, so a double up will be beneficial ❤️

    ✨Dear Schellea, I must have thought this many times now want to say out loud:, "seated" can truly work. This time, new victory to report: That move starting around the 7:35 spot, today was the 1st time I did that with not the modified version !! Yeah, sure feeling it, but was so happy I went back & did that piece again ,but modified( I'm not above giving myself such a gift~)

    absolutely love the workouts, first time today, and ive done the 15 min burn belly fat, and the 10 min ab one, all the sit down exercises. brilliant. im not even 50 yet, and i need to lose weight.

    Hi Shelly , Im glad Ive discovered your videos. It came at a time where I desperately needed help, I was always in constant pain due to arthritis and knee issues.
    Since doing the exercises for a week pain has eased so Im keeping at it .

    Wow!! Thank you soooo much! I never knew about seated ABS workouts. (They are simple yet you can see results)
    Also, since I travel alot, they can go wherever I go! All I need is my phone.
    These exercises are do-able & portable. 🙂

    I was skeptical at first but oh my God! I'm feeling the burn in my abs and my back doesn't hurt Thank you for posting this. I'm going to do it every workout.
