    Was diagnosed with throat cancer 2/6/21, I am 55 yrs old tomorrow. My Oncologist said I need to start doing aerobics to increase my fitness ready for treatment. This is my favourite workout. You are very inspirational Schellea, thank you. 💗

    Hi, Schellea! Just want to thank you for Fabulous50s. I had a heart attack a year ago today (as near as we can figure) and since then these videos have helped me become the healthiest I've ever been. If I were a poet, I'd say, "Roses are red, violets are blue/I'm feeling fabulous thanks to you!!"

    I'm 30 and just found this channel. I'm on a weightloss journey to lose 80lbs. I'm down 30lbs so far and wanted to start to exercise. I tried so many other videos but they were just a little too intense or I needed much more mobility so i kept giving up. I'm on day 4 of doing this video and i am a sweaty wreck after it but i feel such a sense of accomplishment. To all you ladies over 50, thank you so much for inspiring me to get off the couch and work towards a better self. Thanks to Schellea for making accessible videos.

    Did this routine AND your newest routine this morning and I asked my 87 year old mom if she cared to join me. She would have been walking for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours but due to weather it wasn’t an option today. She did fantastic, a little challenging with the hand feet coordination but she still made it through. So proud of her ❤️ thank you Thank you Schellea 🥰

    I did 2,850 steps and was jogging most of the time. Maybe my apple health isn’t counting all my steps? Loved doing this and your other workouts!

      In the 2 years I have been following this workout, I only ever manage 4 thousand steps, and i swear I'm keeping up with shelly .Hey, ho, I enjoy the workout anyway.

      Because our trackers use a GPS We are standing too much in place when we are doing many of these exercises

    Sweating like crazy. My smart watch calculated only 3336 steps. Highest hr was 161 bpm and I burned 342 calories. Thank you for another AMAZING workout!

    im nearly 70 and still pushing myself with the exercises most days. Iv got a little lazy lately so back to the grindstone, brilliant workouts, my posture and strength has improved tremendously. I never get bored of the exercises Schellea is like a breath of fresh air. 😀

    Helen Flint I would like to say a big thank you for the exercises you have created. A while back I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia I was in so much pain sometimes I could not get out of bed. My sister recommended your website to me that was five months ago every day I do four to five of your exercises and I must tell you I have come such a long way. I can get up every morning and move around for me its like winning the lotto. I feel stronger every day and do not have the pain I used to have. I want to thank you so much you are definitely a miracle worker😃❤❤.

    Wow! Love how my heart rate gets up, I sweat and you challenge my coordination with some of those moves. Exactly what this 71 year old with 2 knee replacements needs. I feel so great and happy !

    Love using your 5000 step challenge along with my exercise routine. I sweat like crazy for 35 minutes then go out for a walk. I alternate Zumba, cardio, yoga, bike and total fitness with your routine. Thank you! So much fun!!

    It is my second day doing this workout. At the beginning I was worried as to whether I can do 5000 steps. But the workout was finished before I knew it! You know what ? I feel much better & fitter! Sweated like nothing 😀

    I'm 61 and have been working out with your videos for about a year. My kids join me as well. (I'm a foster Mom). I'm almost at my goal weight. I weigh 56kgs having lost 10 since I started your workouts. My Mom of 80 has moved in and she's started working out with us as well. She has cancer. I'm so proud of her. Thank you for your videos.     Had started the challenge many times and didn’t complete it. Finally, I made up that I were going to stay with it. I did and felt great. Was able to get in a dress that I bought a few days prior of completing my fourteen days challenge. This one tones very well. I’ve tried many programs, but I always find myself coming back to this

    This one was more than I thought it would be and I loved it!! I'm continuing to do the 5 minute knee strengthening exercises every day and I am starting to see a difference! Those pics in the beginning are so inspiring, too. I love seeing the difference not only in their physique, but in the clothes they choose to wear!

    You are my favorite online workout coach. I've tried many but keep coming back to you. 74 years old with knee problems and some shoulder pain, but I modify your routines when needed and I am sweating at the end. I'd love it if some time you can create another 5000 with different music. This is my favorite and I tried playing my own music and muting your voice, but that's no good, because I love the encouragement you give. Thanks for all the videos.

    I’ve been doing your workouts and sharing with my friends for a few months now! I told my husband that you’re my new best friend lol. I love all of your fabulous exercise videos. I found you last year during the height of the lock down. Then got away from it for a bit. I am now back full force, sometimes doing three or four videos a day.     LOL! I've been doing this 5 000 steps workout since it was published, and for the first time today, I finally managed to get 5000 steps on my fitbit! When I first started, it never registered more than 3500, and I am in pretty good shape... If you look closely, specially at the beginning, you can see that the step counter goes way faster than the number of steps Schellea actually takes (it's like her fitbit is on steroids or something!🤣). So today, I decided to try and catch up with it, and did the entire workout at double pace, no pause. I have never sweated so much in my life, but my fitbit did say 5050 steps at the end! I just love the music on this one❤. Thanks Schellea for keeping us motivated with your great workouts!

    I love this workout - it’s fun and challenging for a 67 year old like me! 😄 When you’re back to doing videos, I would love to see more walking videos like this that are a little longer than 30 minutes. I have walked for years and years and I would like a walking workout that is 35 to 40 minutes long when I need to work out inside. Thanks so much! You’re improving my life at this age and I appreciate it!! 🥰

    I am not sure why the step counter rolls faster than the actual steps but when I matched step for step, I got about 4600 steps, which is still a great workout!

    I’m 54 and this is awesome. I don’t move as fast as you, so I only walked about 4000 steps, but that’s still great for me. More walking workouts in 2024, please??? ❤❤❤
