Your concept should be your own, as well as your colors. But my one recommendation to you guys is to plant a little nano tank together as part of the ceremony. Like, you could set it up beforehand and then each add some plants as part of your ceremony and it'll be a memory you have ♾️.

I just got married recently and I took a lot of inspiration from the hobby for my decor actually. We took big ferns and lined the tables with them. I used river stones for the name plates and green & blue glass stones to lay on top of and under the ferns. We took mason jars and clear vases and filled them with water and plants that I sourced locally with my grandma and a few others. Lots of greenery and little candles. It was super cheap and came out looking great.
Don't have your wedding outside, or else Chris will be searching for rocks and other hardscape during the ceremony. 👰♀️🪨🪵🤵♂️

I think bettas in vases would be a gorgeous centerpiece for each table at your wedding reception.

You’re lucky that she said yes and you’re lucky that she let you cohost the show with her.😂 QOTW I think modern, geometric, lots of different greenery, different textures and shades, copper accents all highlighted by pops of color from the flower of your choice. i’m thinking White because there are billions of flowers that come in white so you can pick the one that’s best for your price range and you can mix and match different white flowers to pull in different textures and forms. Your fiancé is super sweet! And she clearly cares about you and your crazy hobby❤

Absolutely do your own theme for your wedding. I think it would be cool if your ceremony had an oko stone somewhere even if it’s not THE oko stone you have in your tank that she got for you. I think it’d be a great way to show your loved ones how much you mean to each other that she traveled a ways to get you the stone, carry it on a bus with people staring and presenting it to you because she knows you like that stone and that she wanted to help you with your tanks.

My mom and I went to petsmart today, and she fell in love with a female crown betta! I fell in love with another female, a pretty pearl halfmoon, and we got both. I have them, both in my 10gal planted while my moms 5gal cycles, they've been exploring and haven't been aggressive, I cant wait to see how our small little baby bettas grow and see how their beautiful colors come out

I think wedding colors should have blue or green to represent water or plants being the love for fish. Either that or incorporate the color of your favorite fish into it. Theme it with cloudy balloons to represent bubbles and blue clothe for water. Adding silver would be a nice pop of color to enhance.

For your wedding, there needs to be a fish bowl on every table with a goldfish in it, but (plot twist) it's one of those huge glass bowls that nobody buys from the local fish store, fully kitted out with filters, heaters and lights
