    I've never exercised in my life not even simple PE at school. I started this exercise tho and finished the whole thing from the first time. It's been 5 days now and i can see the muscles started forming. I like the video because it's quick yet very beneficial and fun unlike most of the boring exercises. I started adding extra exercises to support this one as it's becoming easier with time and i need more! THANK YOU for this video it really helped and I appreciate it!

    Accentidently came across this video...started to do 3 days per week..After one month, my waistline and love handles have reduced.Such a basic workout but so effective.Boxing is my new favourite sport ❣️❣️ only issue is doing the hook which i am keep improving.

    PLEASE: DO WARN people about these work out drills, that especially the jumping jacks are NOT suggested for overweighted people or else are in danger of getting a back injury like i did
    I used to do a hiit session from a trainer on you tube, which was 10 seconds jumping jacks alternatively with 10 seconds cool down, this keep going on for 10 minutes.
    I was 45 pounds heavier than my normal weight at the time, the trainer didn't suggest anything to people with extra weight, what to do about it, how to do the jumping jacks or even propbably avoid doing them at all, and the result was for me to get a nice back spine injury that still gives me excessive back pain while working out even after 4 months from injury day 1..
    When i told this to the trainer in a comment below his video, he erased me from his channel instead of considering that other heavy lads too could very easily get a similar back spine ingury or catch an oedema, or even a potential spine cllapse and a fracture..
    . So although these drills are awesome please, INSIST on warning people that they are reffering to people that are somewhat fit like you, NOT overweighted or with previous back issues.. thank you very much for comprehending..wIth respect...

      I recommend pilates to regain that strength and its gentler if you are overweight but still a great workout because its all controlled movements, posture and core

It's been 10 months from my initial injury & i am excited to say that i have overcome the back spine injury and pains at the extend that it allows me to train for ...boxing already! I am taking boxing lessons since a couple of months now. I:t is all magic in my life now.. i will NEVER quit boxing lessons, it is soo interesting and exciting to learn and unlock the secrets that this martial art has to offer, and, those of you still in doubt to start boxing thinking its dangerous or you can get hurt, well, you only have to try it and you will never go back to anything less than boxing i promise... happy trails everyone..

    Looks like a real nice workout. However, why all the moves are with the same foot leading? Doesn't it cause imbalance in hips, torso, etc. ? Shouldn't we alternate the leading foot/ side each time?

      Only with alot or resistence. Like doing it for too long or too many times a week. Ive had a great imbalance when i was training full years, but recoverd with regular fitness or Hiit. Ive tried switching foots to but it was too late already. If you switch in training it would be better i agree.

      Leahcutecuttuts if you don’t sweat during a workout you’re not going to get any improvements my friend. A good way to tell if you did a workout correctly I’d ask yourself “can I continue” if the answer is “yes”. Don’t stop until you can’t go on lol

    Wow! Awesome workout, I wish the chic in the back would have just kept quiet so the mood wouldn't have been interrupted but that was an awesome workout. I wonder if he does this by himself or with others who can keep quiet?

    I looooved this one! And I think it’s obvious that people with no boxing or similar background will have to improve their form over time? I did fine because I took karate a lifetime ago, but if someone didn’t it’s perfectly good, we exercise to improve, right? Excellent workout, I’ll definitely come back to it!!

    REALLY enjoyed this. An observation though, it seems like during the instructors exercises (mostly the punching ones) , his left leg is always in front, so I switched up legs, in order to work both sides of my body. Just a note!
