    This was actually so fun! Felt like I was fighting off bad guys haha. And I loved how she took realistically long breaks, usually I have to take a couple seconds more than the instructor but hers was just enough!

    This video was awesome! I'm dripping in sweat smh I love how you mix up the moves so it's not boring or repetitive! Please make more of these that last about 20-25 minutes! I'm trying to burn all my FAT!

    I always hated cardio because it was always so boring and painful. But this workout was so fun. Not only am I sweating, but I also learned something new about kickboxing. This is by far on of my favorite cardio workouts 👍

    ❤ This is exactly what I needed. I tried the 50+ women workouts but didn’t feel like I was truly getting a full body workout. I know growing old is unavoidable, but I’m going out kicking. THANKS!!!

    You’re literally the only one I’ve seen so far who has a material arts background for a kickboxing HIIT workout. The only other ones that are good are the Muay Thai videos by ripped men.

    Been doing this every other day and it’s so much fun! The 17mins definitely go by so fast!
