I'll update my progress here...
Day 1: Did it, but with breaks ...had pain in the legs and was not able to do burpees....let's continue it...I will update it everyday
Day2: Couldn't do it due to personal reasons but ya...sparks still high
Day 3: Did this again..but without burpees....
Day 4: Did it with full enthusiasm and could do burpees as well...but 10 seconds less...without break....hope works again...
Day 5: Did the whole workout easily with a flow and feeling 😊 happy

How many cals would you roughly burn doing this
Those of you just starting out DON’T have to do it exactly how she does it right off the bat. You need to work up to it so you don’t injure yourselves. Don’t go all the way down in the squats. Don’t do as many as she does. Take breaks. You’ll eventually get there, but you’ll need to work up to her level. That’s my plan at least.

You kept getting me with them burpees but it was worth it
These ppl who make fitness videos really need to reconsider their definition of “beginner”. The moves (having never done them before ever) were reviewed really quickly, not a ton of explanation and then the pace with them was fast for someone new. Also, the assumed fitness level was not “beginner” either. NOTHING W EVEN A MODIFIED BURPEE IS BEGINNER. I would just label it “boxing basics”

Bingo! I just did what I could and stopped when she got to the burpees
This is absolutely not for the beginner. Most of the moves were way too fast and the burpees are for those who are way advanced and have no bad knees.
This was NOT a beginner workout.
