Pre-review of Spyderco Dragonfly 2 Salt H2

  • Getting ready for the 30 day saltwater challenge, the new H2 steel version of the Dragofly 2, versus my standard VG-10 version...
    They will both spend 30 days submerged in very salty water... How bad will the VG-10 version get trashed? Will the Salt version survive without damage? Time will tell!
    But if it lives up to the claims, why would you have a knife that ISN'T impervious to salt water and corrosion??

    The grinds are different due to the blade material and edge retention

      I admit, I don't know how much about H1. Does it not hold an edge well? I figured I would set this one aside for any time I go on vacation or somewhere near the ocean...
