For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

I lift pretty heavy usually on arms, shoulders and back and during one of the deadlift session I ended up hurting my lower back very badly. The pain was so bad that I couldnt even walk. After that I am scared of doing deadlifts. So my question is in order to have a physique like yours is it absolutely necessary to do deadlift? Can one avoid doing it?

Whenever I do bench press or any chest exercises Shoulder impingement started and i cant do chest workout more than 20 kg weight. I cant get pump and my chest size decreases 3 to 4 inches i want my hardcore chest workout back what can I do now. Make a video on Shoulder pain impingement thanks.

The biggest issues in the gym are excessive weights for show off By doing that they lose the correct positions Keeping in mind you are a body builder not weight lifters
