    Sir , I really needed this video as i got injured from deadlift last month . And till now i am struggling ..... I got solution now 😅. Btw timing is also damn perfect as I am going to hit back today only.

      Give rest to ur body for atleast 5-6 months if u want to recover properly otherwise u will struggle for long time

      Yeah man my back was injured somewhere around January I stopped deadlifting and started again in August just do some back strengthening stretching and properly warm up ur lower back it’ll help a lot

    Please make a video on should injury. How to get rid of should pain. Im unable to even lift the inclined bar for above 6 months. This is hampering my shoulder and my chest workout. Any shoulder related workout hurts bad. Do suggest something.

      Go for hack squad fully secure it is if possible or normal conventional barbell squat
      Smith machine cut out your back & core stability and it also have fix path so If ur going too heavy try with otherwise don't
