    ACV is more acidic and I puke by default. Ustrasan n dhanurasan is ok, but the other one where head is on the ground gives a very bad headache and my head starts turning round n round as I am already obese

      Namaste, Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic, much like soft drinks and fruit juices, meaning it can directly cause erosion to tooth enamel. ALWAYS drink it through a straw. This greatly minimizes how much of the acid fluid actually touches your teeth
