    I am having this chia seeds morning drink adding jeera powder and cinnamon powder since 5 months now, lost 23 kgs with proper diet, this drink and walking for 1 hour 30 mins everyday in 9 months. (Updated) Total weight loss 30 kgs within 1 year 7 months

    Asans for toning for 20 mins
    Protein rich break fast

    After walking, Practice these asanas everyday to tone the body(for atleast 20 minutes) :
    1. Hastapadangushthasana and it's variations
    2. Virbhadrasana Series
    3. Naukasana
    4. Trikonasana Side Variation Series
    5. Utkatasana
    6. Dhanurvakrasana
    Relax for 5 mins after completing this intense series. Then lie down in Shavasana and relax every part of your body.

    Mam regularly taking plain water and lemon juice. Turmeric water lemon juice every morning and night at empty stomach. But my upper arm and waist is heavy and I am working woman. and my job pattern is sedentary and standing posture and few walking activities.

    I drink coconut water on empty stomach and then a 10-15 min walk. After that I do skipping like sometimes 600 sometimes 800. And then I do yoga for 30 minutes. I lost 1kg in 15 days. I know I lost weight but I'd still want to know if i'm doing it the right way. Dr. said that I have a very minor hormonal imbalance.

      @@sabby1155 I'm 20 years old. At first, it was really hard for me I could do only 20 or 25 and lose my breath and my legs used to tremble after that. But I did it everyday even though it was just 20 and soon I could do 100 without losing my breath. Now, I do 100 then take a 2 min break then again until I do 600/800.

    Where do Indian working mothers have time in the morning for walking & yoga. We hardly have time to cook BF, lunch, get the kids ready for school, get ready & rush to office. Already we wake up v early. This will require walking up 40 mins earlier 😭😭😭

    How to loose weight in hypothyroidism? I m allergic to sour food. No lemon no sour curd etc. Also acidic , daily vomiting in morning, heavy migraine headaches very frequently. Also knee pain, suffering from osteoarthritis and chostocondritis. I m 28 years old.

    William j broads book says you can’t lose weight doing yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ is this true because I feel yoga has helped me that way and I don’t just mean because it makes you mindful of how you eat but physically I feel it helps me his book almost scared 😳 me off yoga

    Namashkar 🙏 I diagnosed with thyroid before 8 months 5.2
    Now My thyroid is 4.8
    I m not taking any medicine for that.
    But due to thyroid my weight is not reducing and my Hba1c level is above 6. pls.suggest some diet for me 🙏 I m not diabetic.

    In one other video ma'am you mentioned we should go for a brisk walk after yoga, so exactly when should we go for a walk after yoga or before yoga.....please help ma'am clear this confusion !!
