i can see how you ended up being such a popular trainer (as you mentioned in another video). you are very well spoken and break it all into very doable segments. i like the system. thanks for sharing

Tracking weight (own + in the gym) and calories, macros together with walking for cardio and strength training definitely have transformed my physique (and life) 😊🔥🌄💪

For progression overload, will weight machines in the gym work as well as free weights?? Thx

Thanks so much Dan for the fruitful content! I have listed the workouts and they are all for upper and body strengths. Was wondering if i need to add for the mid (ab) workout as well? Do you recommend an effective routine for that? You inspire me! 🙏

For abs I’d do these: twitter.com/fitfounder/status/1584896909520834560?s=46&t=XOdLpwQD6GwXg2wBL4GGlg

Dan, thanks for the content. Do you have a beginner lifting plan available anywhere (I’ve never lifted before)? I’ve been having a hard time constructing a solid exercise plan for myself

Not yet! But I'm coming out with a program in the next few months.

I lost quite some weight. I learned to deal with the physical hunger but I constantly feel the mental hunger, like an emptiness I cannot really name and I often end up trying to fill it with food (most likely sweets). And apart from it I noticed low libido. I am trying to look for the reason, I know it looks like some kind of mental disorder but nobody helped me with it yet. Have you got any ideas?

Do seek counseling or therapy. But try journaling, praying (talking to God) and find a way to love others (it will be rewarding)

Good stuff, thanks. You got an example of your diet plan anymore?

      Here’s a quick one:
      You sleep at 10pm.
      Final meal eaten 5-7
      Second meal eaten 12-2
      First meal eaten 7-9
Each meal has a 3-5 hour spread on them.

    Very informative 🫡
I watched a vid recently talking about eating protein rich food straight after a workout. Is this something you agree with?
I believe it was saying this helps build muscle and speeds up recovery

    • @danfounder
      @danfounder  ปีที่แล้ว +1

It helps to a degree although not as much as one thinks. If someone was prepping for a bodybuilding competition then I'd say yes. If not then I'd say don't worry too much about it.

Best easy for me personally is to work out on an empty stomach and up to 1h after gym eating breakfast rich with protein.
