Hey Pete, I was thinking of making a Master of Possession with the head of Alister from Hazbin Hotel and was wondering what you’d recommend for it? And maybe even make a video on it too please?
Hey dude, think you could kitbash a Bringer of Judgement? The Lexicanum page (here: wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Bringers_of_Judgement) has the colour scheme. They are specialised in crushing rebellions so maybe you could include this in the kitbash(?) love your content, hope you have a nice day.
I never understand why GW doesn't lean more in to promoting kit-bashing as some sort of "Super Advanced Technique"; something for players to aspire to. I know that, as a kit-basher, I spend far too much money on buying GW kits to make conversions. I like to buy the whole kit, rather than individual bitz, as it adds more fodder to drive future conversions.
@@euansmith3699 seriously they are losing out on the market of just selling bits kits, no full models just similar to citadel skulls box with assorted parts and such on a theme
Here's a hot-ish take (a lukewarm take I guess?). Use these, the space skaven conversion as a basis for some chaos cultists, and a Verminlord as a Demon Prince, and you've got a Nurgle army that's way more interesting visually than half of the Death Guard (which themselves are the most visually interesting Chaos Space Marines)

Looks fantastic. The plague doctor mask was a awesome idea on your part, it adds an nice bit of irony. Oh and thanks for using my idea I feel honoured.
Those makeshift armor plates really look good once painted, their rustyness really adds some good contrast and color interest to the grimy steel armor.
I think this wins as my favourite conversion you have done. If i had the conversion skill i would be tempted to start a chaos army like this. My wallet and my wife are thankful i do not have the required skills.
This is just absolutely incredible! Beyond what I could ever imagine! I have a death guard army in the works, and really want to add some more Terminators besides the Blightlords, and this video really inspired me to give kitbashing even more attention.
I kept skipping past this vid to the bigger, flashier conversions, but god damn this is awesome. So much mood and story to it. That choice of palette is sublime. You're a class above my dude!
This is fun, I've always been a fan of The Purge thou. That and the skirmishes written about between The Purge and Death Guard due too the fact they disagree on how too spread Nurgles blessings.
@@PeteTheWargamer I think the best angles to play off would probably be their cannibalistic tendencies, and their notable trait of fighting in complete silence. Personally I've always pictured them as being pale, with sunken features, and partially sewn up lips. And I feel like arming them with chain weapons fits a kind of twisted contradiction of them fighting in complete silence whilst brutally dismembering their foes. Either way, it would be interesting to see what you personally could imagine for such an odd, and enigmatic chaos warband
I did so many conversions and kitbashes lately and while they are not any of hte ones you did, the tools and techniques I got from your videos sure were helpful.
This is so awesome and thank you. Currently I am working on a scarab inspired plague squad. Bugs and other vermin can spread disease so I attached a hive to one of the soldiers and now it looks like they all communicate through the vibration of the bugs wings. Awesome ideas to use, so much fun to make.
There's a yet unexplored Mantle of Corruption alongside the Lord of Contagion and Virulence called the Lord of Parasitism: I think this video nails what I imagine such a Lord to look like. Thanks for the inspiration!
Such a great concept! I can see them having accompanying plague zombies that are actually just full sized skaven that have been transformed from exposure to the plague ☠️

a great horned rat-worshiping chaos marine warband, fascinating. I know you said nurgle but I see no mold or rot anywhere here. speaking of the great horned rat, I would love to see more minor chaos god warbands, like malice, hashut, and zuvassin.
I was going to use the Vermintide endless spell as a source for rats too haha. But then the cursed city models happened, and half of their rats are skeletons, which works super well
