I have been having a lot of trouble getting the proper knee bend on the forward outside edge entry into a one foot spin. I recently began skating and so far this element has given me the most trouble, and I only realized very recently its because I was not bending my knees (and therefore unable to skate on a deep edge/tight curve, causing my spins to travel wildly). I'm so happy to find a video like this that explains how to improve on these basics! Most tutorials will say "make sure to be on a deep edge blahblah", and I'm thinking, but how!?!?! More exercises/drills like these to improve the fundamentals of skating techniques would be so so helpful to beginners like me!!! Thank you guys so much!!

Yep!! Working on the last two Loops videos, as well as backward pushes. Then we'll do backward 3 turns. We're also practicing the Viennese Waltz as the next dance to be recorded.
