JJ was actually a good guy. He saved Peter in the first Spider-Man by not revealing to Green Goblin who takes the photos of Spider-Man. I like that dimension of a character. Raimi nailed those nuances of the characters in the universe.

Pale The harry becoming venom at first ruffled ruffled my feathers(I love canon and when it can be followed I feel it should be followed)...but the more I thought about the spirit of who venom is as a character the more I realized this was the perfect solution...Eddie Brock worked in the comics because he has TIME TO DEVELOP! Franco has been developing Harry for 2 movies...instead of trying to shoehorn a new character in Harry would have been the perfect venom...UGH I want this movie!

I t would have worked in here because harry was already a established character with his own conflict and motives. It didn't work on Ultimate Spider-man because they did it just to piss off the fans without even fleshing Harry's character.

Don't worry in the Phase 4, post-Infinity War Spider-Man sequel after Peter's brought the symbiote back from space we'll hopefully get an Eddie Brock who isn't a skinny snarky teenager and we'll get a Venom that's a giant drooling CGI monstrosity with an enormous unnervingly dexterous phallic tongue.

One thing I thought would've worked is if we still had Eddie Brock in the movie but not have him be venom until SM4. Have Peter confront and ruin Eddies life and we don't see Eddie for the rest of the movie. then when Peter gets rid of the suit in the bell tower, have the suit fall down the tower into the dark. We don't see where it goes or what happens to it. Then in the next movie Eddie is venom and we flash back to the bell tower and see Eddie was at the bottom of the tower and the symbiot got onto him when it fell down the tower.

It wasn't cut because of SM3's bad reviews. Sam Raimi was back to direct the 4th and all was set in motion but he hadn't yet been given a script that he was satisfied with. Sony kept pressuring him for a May 2011 release date which he explained was not nearly enough to rewrite the scripts and sort out various creative conflicts behind the scenes, thus Raimi and Sony agreed to part ways and the series was given a reboot in a desperate attempt to hold onto the movie rights which crashed and burned in horrendous fashion

Hell, if you really wanted to please the 616 purists, you could kinda do both. You could have a throwaway bit about how Norman Osborne originally found the material from a hunk of a meteorite, and worked on it to form it into a suit; but it was extremely dangerous due to amplifying the host's rage, and thus the project was abandoned. It could be said by Harry himself when he's seeking out the weapon to use in order to enact his vengeance against Spider-Man, or typed out on a computer monitor.

Momma's Muffins I would have improved it with Harry trying to take off the suit but it won't since its part of the Osborn legacy and then the mansion's fire is getting worse and then Harry ends up believing Peter didn't kill his father and then Peter almost gets squashed from rubble but Harry hands Aunt May to Peter and holds the rubble for Peter and Aunt May to escape but Peter won't leave him but the Harry says,"I'm not asking you!",says Harry when he kicks Peter and Aunt May out of a hole outside and then Peter puts Aunt May in a safe place and tries to rescue Harry but rubble blocks all the entrances and inside Harry's last words would be,"spiderman is my Best friend",and then he would close his eyes and the mansion would explode and Peter would be sad, Harry's funeral would pass and then a monologue from Peter would come and it would show Peter proposing to MJ and her saying yes and then it would show Mr Jameson's new paper claiming spiderman a hero and then that last shot would be of Peter swinging to a building that's on fire and then it would show his logo and Peter's last words would be,"I am Spider-Man", and the end
here's the issue I have with Adams version that I had is there was no conviction by Harry's good guy turn. it was a bit forced in the film, but at least you could buy harry becoming good.
I feel if it was on screen, it would have Harry at least she's a tear, with guilt in his eyes. I'm not sure, but I'm sure they'd make it more memorable and heartbreaking

Well done! I loved this alternate version. The one thing I'd change is the part you mentioned where Harry immediately wakes up from his coma to attack Peter. I would instead have Peter return home with a momentary victory. Here's why:
1) It gives the hero a temporary victory to relish before some major battles
2) It gives the audience a mixture of relief (from suit being wiped from Peter's life) and tension (knowing it now possesses Harry and shares its strength and secrets with him)

How about a scene when he is too full of his ego, he is swinging around in Black Suit and lands on a skyscraper which is reflective, and in the reflection, it's venom, and tentacles emerge from the venom prepares to lunge for Peter, and turns back into a normal reflection just as he looks behind him. Like this so he can see it.

we see the burnt rubble of the mansion, we hear sirens in the distance we see a man running and covered in blood, he makes it to the top of the hill and drops to his knees, but then out of the ground a red ooze begins to form around this man, a police cruiser pulls up and the cop says "casider put your hands where I can see them!" and almost in a satanic voice casider says "casider is gone...there is only carnage!" he leaps at the police men and it fades to black with sirens and the police man's scream of agony and pain echo threw out the city.... *end scene*

If spiderman 4 wouldve happened it would have had carnage and lizard, like dude tf, they'd cause so much chaos. And so much death. It honestly would-be been bad ass.
Solo Train dumbing Carnage down to PG-13 would've been a real challenge. Gotta take away all the limb-ripping and shit. It would work but a hard road to walk down, one the producers did not want to take.

*My version of Spider-Man 3:*
- The symbiote merges with Peter early on in the film.
- The symbiote isn't a removable costume, but an organism that lives within the host and can take the shape of anything the host desires.
- MJ isn't a bitch for no reason.
- Harry uses his father's Goblin gear.
- More scenes of black-suit Spidey kicking ass.
- The awful Harry-MJ romance sub-plot is scrapped.
- Spider-Man actually physically injures Eddie Brock (breaking his bones) and later in the film he finds out he's dying of cancer.
- Emo Peter and the out-of-place dance scenes are scrapped.
- Brock isn't present when Peter rids himself of the symbiote.
- The finale is a showdown against a giant, shape-shifting, Sandman who is purposefully causing chaos and destruction to lure Spider-Man out so he can kill him.
- Harry doesn't die.
- Either the very end of the movie or the "stinger" is Eddie going to the church and becoming Venom.

The only thing I would do differently is have Peter save Harry at the last minute. Just when Harry is about to die, Peter dives down and pulls his friend out before he can get burned, and the experience allows everyone to move forward. Harry, no longer consumed for revenge, is now encouraged to restore the good name his family once had and be the good man his father once was. And knowing that he has everyone he's ever cared about backing him up again, Peter continues to be Spider-Man just as a new villain shows up (it could be anyone; Mysertio, Shocker, Scorpion, etc). And then it could basically end like it did in Amazing Spider-Man 2, and be more meaningful that way.
You should definitely look into hiring a cartoonist to draw out the vision you so vividly discussed in this video. It would be incredible!

Then in the after credits scene, we see one final drop of the symbiote crawling towards someone's boot, it starts covering him, the camera pans up to see an older man, we hear the words "EXCELCIOR!"
How to easily fix the "Symbiote is from space" possible negative crisis of your pitch: start the movie just as you did and cut to Harry, etc etc. when he is passing through the lab there is no black liquid but a rock. He then says something as "I have to kill him" and then we go back to the rock and it is shown to shiver. Then we cut to a Montage of how it is actually a meteorite that crashed to earth, and with a P.O.W. camera we see how the scientists of Norman industries picked it up and we see it being carried around, liquified, being experimented upon and then we see they experimenting on the now a black liquid taking over and killing a little spider on a close up shot, and the camera pans out and we see a huge spiderweb and the liquid taking over it and then on the Web is the Title Card as 3D letters and the liquid takes it over and totally liquefy it to leave only the black goo, then it puts back itself into the original shape of a meteorite stores inside the now wrecked lab. An amazing title sequence plus the back story of the Symbiote altogether. You can do the rest of your "The Symbiote was in the lab the whole time without losing the "but it is an alien" argument. Besides this matches the promotion videos of the black goo taking over the spiderman suit.

The house of Chaos problem with that, Agent Venom wasn't created at that point
or some is still left in the lab, from when it infected harry...was trying to get to peter while he was trapped and actually helped him out of it, but he left before it could reattach. So, instead; it mixes with some of his blood, turning it crimson...
I feel that writing Venom and Carnage like that is just putting yourself in a corner. Venom, Carnage, AND new Goblin have to be different people.

Jan Colic simple make the villain be xraven instead of deadpool it makes sense and it would put carnage in the movie even if it's just someone made with part of his DNA. And have his take up more than what 10 minutes of the movie. make deadpool be like he was in the biggining of the movie. sabortooth is more cunning and violent. have the man with amazing shooting aim be a big help with getting the DNA samples. so saber tooth get them down or slow them down and he shoots them with bullets getting pieces of there DNA, knocking them out, killing them or it is like a needle and it in injected and steals there DNA. make that be a good half hour of the movie. Logan gets involved only in the search for Victor and for this one there even thanks at the start until Logan rages out and easily beats Victor. the reveal of his wife being alive is revealed but she was really killed off and Logan faces xraven. But he is beaten badly and he gets help from colosus. I messed his name up. And there just able to push him back until shield can contain him. hopefully for a movie of him for the late future.

That way, it better explains why Batman is acting so aggressive and killing people because he lost his own ward, and it gives the scene where we see Jason Todd's suit a lot more power. We can even have the Martha scene changed by maybe having it be Lois Lane or Jimmy Olsen be captured, and Superman pleas to Batman to help them, saying they're locked in a shed and they might die. Batman, flashing back to Jason's death, sees this as a chance to redeem himself and races to help free them while Superman confronts Lex Luthor. Another thing to change is to have it be Bizarro, instead of Doomsday. We don't need to have it be Doomsday this early, and the origin is more akin to Bizarro honestly. Or maybe have the guy with his legs cut off be made into Metallo.

if a good movie like this existed, however, we wouldn't be getting Spiderman homecoming due to the rights still being at Sony and more sequels being made. this is brilliant though.

Fun story about Adam's version of Venom: Aside from it being Harry instead of Brock and no mention of Peter's dad having a hand on creating it.....that lines up almost perfectly with Ultimate Venom's origin, which, given they were already drawing heavily from the Ultimate universe for the movies, it would've fit perfectly!!
Harry Osborne can't be Venom, that doesn't actually make any sense, just make Harry the main villain and have sandman as a side character, then at the end of the movie have a teaser of venom, and without all of this bullshit, they could've made a 4th movie with VENOM AS THE MAIN GOD DAMN VILLIAN!

Devin Diehl everything, if you actually knew 2% of the Spiderman story, you would know what I'm talking about right now. Harry can't be venom because he never has been, he's the new goblin because he's the son of the green goblin, the Eddie Brock story and character are incredible, and they somehow screwed his story and his character in the same movie, if Eddie/Venom was the main villain, and they actually developed the best villain in Spiderman history's story and character, (don't cast that fuckwat that was in the original!) it probably would've been one of the best Spiderman movies instead of the opposite.

Nicely done, but in all fairness, you could keep more of the history of the venom symbiote lore like its outer space origin because you could work it into this story easily

Like maybe it was originally an alien that came from a meteor from outer space but a special forces unit owned by oscorp industries extracts the symbiote from the meteor and puts in in some canister so that it won't infect anyone.
Later on they test a bit of the symbiote on some lab rat to see what it's capable of doing and they mark the notes down and claim it's a thing they made while in reality they didn't.
You can easily go with that the suit was harvested from space it took its first host a long time ago and the results were so horrid that Norman Oswald had locked it up deeming it to safe to do anything with. Peter then as he says falls into the container and so on and so forth. You can also at the end show the black liquid crawling away from the building to give fan boys the hope of an Eddie Brock Venom as well as the birth of Carnage who by the way Adam is the child of Venom not an evolution.
The symbiote's origin being tied up in secret wars makes it tough to really do anything w/ it beyond a generic "from space" explanation. I actually think tying it too Osborne tidies things up & makes the movie flow better.
