Thank you for watching. One full small chimney should be enough. I have the small and big Weber chimney and the bigger one gets the charcoal going much faster. Depends on the space you have but the bigger one is better
@romanianredneckbbq3254 yeah this little sucker is a power house of a portable grill. And all the many after market stuff for it. It essentially became a modular grill because of its strong supporters that built stuff for it
Thanks a lot, I did use one but I didn't show on the video, one was 135ish and one was 145F when I pulled them out of the grill, it tends to go up around 5 more degrees after it's off the grill. If you have time, check my other videos too, I have a video of a huge Tomahawk ribeye steak where I showed the temperature too. Thanks again
I found if I’m grilling steaks just to make the entire BBQ a grill. Get more colour on the steak and take off a rest. Even out a pan on top for basting.
@@romanianredneckbbq how about roasting a big piece of beef / lamb / chicken. Could put some rub or marinade on it. May not be good for work lunch though - will take a while. Another quick work lunch could be hot dogs or something
Got it. Did lamb recently on the jumbo joe with some very nice marinade. You can check ,it's on my channel. Also I will do hot dogs abs burgers on the weber GA soon
Maybe, but I just wanted a very hot temperature. It was my second time using that grill, still learning the square shape of it since I'm used with the regular kettles
If you put less charcoal to save money you won't get the right temperature. If you want to save money, buy a gas BBQ. If you want flavour, don't hesitate to use the right amount of charcoal.
What a great lunch. Your friend said it all. Great video awesome steaks with mushrooms.
Thanks, it was a fun lunch time, definitely I enjoyed it a lot.
Great videos! I want one of those weber go's
Thank you! Very good grill and has good price
I love that your doing this on a parkinglot. Thats some bbqing right there
Yep, lunch time at work for real.
literally grilling anywhere!
Yep, thank you 🙏
Super steaks. How much does this grill weigh?
Thank you! The grill is around 10-12lbs
That steak looked so good 👀👍
Thank you 🔥
Looks great though bro nice n juicy, good job
I appreciate it man. Thanks a lot
Looks awesome
Thanks a lot 🔥
how many pieces of charcoal do you think is enough for a couple of burgers and sides?
also, do you recommend the small chimney or larger one
Thank you for watching. One full small chimney should be enough. I have the small and big Weber chimney and the bigger one gets the charcoal going much faster. Depends on the space you have but the bigger one is better
I have the 2 versions (propane, charcoal). Honestly these are better than the traveler which I have and the q if you are looking for portability.
Thank you! I love the go anyhwere, it's shape and foldable legs makes it easier to fit in my work van or car.
@romanianredneckbbq3254 yeah this little sucker is a power house of a portable grill. And all the many after market stuff for it. It essentially became a modular grill because of its strong supporters that built stuff for it
Yep true. Versatile grill, rotisserie, raiser, smoker, grill, anything is possible with this little one
Very good video. Curious to know why you never used a instant read thermometer on the steaks?
Thanks a lot, I did use one but I didn't show on the video, one was 135ish and one was 145F when I pulled them out of the grill, it tends to go up around 5 more degrees after it's off the grill. Thanks alot. I used my phone for that video, Samsung Galaxy, no editing at all. Just put all videos together.
I found if I’m grilling steaks just to make the entire BBQ a grill. Get more colour on the steak and take off a rest. Even out a pan on top for basting.
Yep, pan seared it’s delicious too
Mmmmm butter! 😃
Yep
Killing it guys. Better than my work lunches! Simple recipes are the best ones.
Thank you, definitely simple and delicious. Any suggestions for next cook on the grill ?

Goen good to you droped ey peace homez orale,
Add a baked potato and thats dinner bro ,love it!
Thanks bro, definitely baked potato is the way
Nice, i have the gas version, best bbq's ever !!!
Yep, I agree with you
I have the same grill - but I can never seem to get it hot enough ever since I owned it. Any ideas on what to do?
Definitely, make sure the charcoal gets red hot before you cook. How do you lit up the charchoal? Also make sure all the vents are wide open
Vents open and good quality charcoal. Try Weber briquettes and their fire starter like this one in the video.
Try placing charcoal close to each other. Exactly how the charcoal is arranged in this video.
what chimney is that?
Weber compact chimney
ooh mushrooms! 🥩 🍄
Yep, very tasty ones. Better than steak almost
What kind of mushroom, is that
Portabello mushrooms. Absolutely delicious
do more videos with the go anywhere please
Will do, thanks !
Einfach nur 🔥 👍
Thank you
too well done for me but good job
Yeah thats what i thought too. Its too well done i would of took it off sooner.
It was tasty regardless. I usually make it more rare
Nice try. Next time open grill the steak without the lid to prevent overcooking.
Will do
those mushrooms are huge!
Thats a lot of butter on those steaks
Definitely is. I didn't show but I ended up taking it off. It was way to much
#BBQRando 🌵☀ says "Totally SWIFT"...! 🍖🌽#BBQqqqqqqqq ;~>#
Thank you
RIP that piece of steak that fell on the floor!!😅😢😂
That's right 😅😭
You first turned 90 degrees, and after you flipped, you did 180 degrees.
Yes, can't remember exactly, all I know is that I was starving lol
Noooooooo. Troppo cotte
Just a little bit
I hope you ate that piece that fell on the ground that sure is one great looking lunch
Thank you. Yep, nothing was wasted. Gotta make a new video at work again soon.
Wayyy too much charcoal for 2 steaks and a couple of mushrooms
Maybe, but I just wanted a very hot temperature. It was my second time using that grill, still learning the square shape of it since I'm used with the regular kettles
@@romanianredneckbbq nah man your did a great job cooking

Exactly. It's always better to have extra hot charcoal in the grill, you can work with it.
Overdone
Not rested enough and a bit overdone yes. It was very sunny and in a hurry
@@romanianredneckbbq still looked good though with a nice crust
@coolerkin thank you
Looks perfect, exactly how I like my steak.
Looks dry af
It wasn’t dry at all
